You shouldn't wait till you pass your courses before looking out for jobs in the HR field. Don't forget that you should always merge Theory with Practice. Alongside running HR courses, get a job even it means as an intern, so you can merge Theory and Practice. And do not forget that mo st employers will not employ a HR person who doesn't have at least 3-5 or more cognate work experience.

Bottomline is, get a job, run your courses, grow in the field and the world is yours.

Please, I have just been admitted as student member of CIPM. I have paid the acceptance fee and I tried registering for the exam diet for February 2018 but it is not going through. I guess the it is not yet time for registration. My question is, when does the registration for the February diet commence?

If i were you, i'll focus more on preparing myself for the exam proper and not on reg. Registration will commence shortly after Results are out.

A lot of posters might say what they feel or poison ur mind, but then, they're not you, they can't feel what u feel, they were not there when zara was ill, or what you've gone thru, or how she died.

Please how can I recognize a full breed gsd, rott and boerboel

There are two sides to this:
1. The theoretical
2. Hands-on experience

Personally I prefer the 2nd option.

The theoretical entails u Google up images of pure stock of each breed but kindly note that there are variations amongst regions. For example, one shld expect variations amongst Caucasians raised in polar regions compared to those raise in Naija.

This brings us to options 2. The hands-on experience require u meet as much dogs as possible, attend dog shows and seminars, visit breeders, attend dogwalks, etc. If for example you meet as much Caucasians as possible, with time you'll be able to judge what the standard look shld be and then tell the impure from pure ones.

That's an Eskie. Sammies don't have big and confused ears. Their eyes are also almond in shape not round. Thicker bones, thicker furs and from their muzzle to head ratio, it's easy to tell.

Please kindly permit me to interfere in this matter. Inasmuch as prodeegee is a good friend and brother, I'll try as much as possible to be plain and blunt with both sides.

Firstly, remember ur dog is ur dog and shld remain ur topmost priority. I also understand how u feel at the moment and I sincerely feel ur pain.

Secondly, I remember the Case of ur dog, all these happened around the same time we had the Lagos dogwalk last year and we were too busy making preparations that prodeegee had no spare time nor resources to run other deals but he still stepped out of his shoes to come to eruwa all d way from Lagos to pick ur dog.

I remember how me and prodeegee almost had issues because I felt he was allowing zara (mating her and all) take up much of the time and efforts we woulda used for the canine event we had.

I recall prodeegee didn't bill u for any boarding fee nor upkeep. I recall the deal wasn't stated in monetary terms but rather in good faith and based on the r/ship u guys shared.

I recall when zara miscarried and was terribly ill, I asked prodeegee why he hasn't asked u to come for ur dog since the bargaining chip (pregnancy) is no more, and his reply was that you said you can't pick a sick dog and that he can't turn his back on zara just the same way the owner (wunmi) did.

The last I remember is that you neither supported in anyway to help with the dog's health, not in cash nor efforts, to see zara recover.

The last time I heard about the Case was in December and I reckon you didn't look back till May this year which I feel is an odd on ur part.

Bro, truth be told, I understand u were away in service and wasn't available at that time, but u shld have at least showed more concern by at least getting a vet over to treat the dog, or even offer any aid at all to improve the dog's health. In prodeegee's words, u turned ur back on ur dog.

And I also blame prodeegee because he allowed his anger and emotions cloud his judgement. He was mad at you and at the same time mad at himself for all that happened. He was broken and didn't even think of getting a pic of the dead dog.

Please do not think for one moment that he never cared for zara. And not just zara, he cares for anything on four legs. At a time, when I had to leave lag for two months on official errands, prodeegee harboured 4 of my dogs for free and they were perfectly fine when I got back, part of the reason we are still close till this moment.

So bro, life no finish for here, the deed has been done, let's quit apportioning blames. Elongating this thread will only fetch seun more money.

U guys shld work around this and preserve ur r/ship. I'm sure you can always work something out.

Regarding him becoming a beast, follow these steps once he clocks 8 weeks. Still spend time with him for now till 8 weeks. Then at 8 weeks:

- Build a very small, tiny cage at which he can barely feel himself. Keep him there. Ignore his cry. Only go there to feed him and leave. You may bring him out once in a while for a few puppy play. So he won't die there.

- Assault him if he wagg his tail at another person. Let him know wagging his tail in friendship to someone else is an abomination. Everyone is a threat so his tail should be straight and stiff at anyother person. Ensure that when you assault him his tail doesn't go in between his legs, don't do it to scare him, do it to anger him. Make sure his hackles (hair/fur on his back) raise and his body is stiff.

- Put something that provokes him in front of the cage and leave it there. It would continue to aggravate him. Making him mad.

- Do not let anyone touch him.

- Do not touch his head.

- Do not call him with a sweet tone. Call with authority.

- if he is out of the cage, put him on a leash using a choke Chain. No collar. Raw chain.

- Feed him raw meat.

- Always approach him in a master manner. Do not come as a friend. Let him feel the Millitary regime.

- Cover the cage in a way he can barely see nothing but can smell. The madness will increase.

- Now release him at mid night and let him vent his anger on any thing that crawls such as rats or toads or whatever.

- When feeding him, bring something like a chicken or whatever and allow it eat from his plate and see his reaction. If he growls or attacks, good! Always do it. It would be increasing his anger at anything.

- At 6 months, bring a small female (rent it or buy) let him attempt to mount her, obviously she would reprimand him and it would anger him. Let her eat in his place to bring out his teeth and voice. Let him loose on her. Sacrifice her as a burnt offering for the cause.

- and finally, at 8 months, bring a stranger and let the stranger attack with a weapon. Make sure the stranger is wearing some pads as it is only staged not a real situation. Let the dog loose on him. Let the anger all out. The dog would never get enough so he would always be angry. An angry dog, is a beast.

Repeat the above steps until he is 1 year old. There you would have a beast.

Even at 1 year, still do it but reduce it. Because people will fear him, he won't need cage sef. No one would want to come in.
