2. 250k for lintel and pillar is reasonable but you can negotiate it down to 200.
3. Employ decking caster for decking and not bricklayer.
4. Block setting for ground floor should be max 500k while upper floor you can still agree 500k with him.

2. The visitors' toilet was merged with the guest bedroom toilet to give a kitchen of 1.2m by 2,4m
3.The previous Master toilet was increased to generate two toilets for both the 2 bedroom and one miniflat
4.The guest bedroom became the bedroom of the apartment.
