The picture is not board and not informative enough. If you can locate the floor plan or spell your brief very well including the building area, you can then get a range.

You don't need any town planner. Like 44 Chuks have said, it is still within the work of an architect. I have plotted 77 acres into plot few years back. What you are talking about here is just 5 acres, since you have the survey, work is half done.

16mm it's selling between 8800 - 9,500 between local and TMT

12mm between - 4700 - 5100 in similar fashion

10mm between 3,500 - 3,900 respectively.

Bamboo is around 750 - 850 depending on the location and proximity to your site.

Good morning. Please I need assistance from the professionals. My Dad is a missionary and they are planning to build a rural church in a village somewhere so they are trying to calculate the number of blocks they will need. I told him I will ask here.
It's just a flat building measuring 7 x 14 meters. Let's say 3 coaches for foundation. By my rough Calc, height will be 3.6m. There will be just one small room at the very back of the building like a store. Please if anyone can use these little info to give me an estimate of how many blocks they will require, I'll appreciate.
