You can. It may seems daring at first but when you gain mastery in mounting, the phobia will disappear.

Smart solution.
Use beams with sufficient profile (depth) to provide adequate sectional modulus to resist the slab deflection.

Connection of beam to slab can be via bolting (using concrete drilling machine to drill through) at specific intervals (depending on slab length and as per analysis) and passed through top and bottom beam flanges or using plates washers

Beams should have adequate connections to the ground (via either existing adjacent beams that have closeby columns or even making them have their own columns, cast or steel)

Beam numbers and spacing should also be sufficient.

The best is for him to take a competent structural engineer down to the site to diagnose the problem. The problem cannot be solved without seeing deficiency.

That is real estate for you sir. There was a site in Sango Ogun State, theclient purchased it at the rate of 10k in year 2000 but now you can't find a virgin land there again. Same in Otta, land was 250k in 2017 but 3m.

Last week Wednesday, I committed an unspeakable abuse, I'm so ashamed of myself. I Raped my wife and I hate myself since that incident.

Don't feel bad too long. Your wife had gone too far with her reactions. There are some things that should not be denied in marriage when couples are at loggerhead. When you made advances to her, that should have been the opportunity for her to open up her emotional issues and the offenses you committed which would have paved way for reconciliation but she didn't. Don't let me say you didn't go too far. The only area I didn't like in the situation was the aspect of slapping her. Pls, don't punish yourself emotionally. The deed has been done, think about solution and not wound yourself.

i got my girfriend pregnant since september, and it really got me crazy..

when it was 2 months, we tried to abort it, and so we met a chemist who gave her drugs and injection, he told us that the blood we rush out, but it did rush out just small and stopped.. So it did not work even after i paid him 8k..

now, we are about to carry out D & C abortion tomorow, but she keep saying she is scared.. Even me, i'm scared too..

i don't know what to do..

As we begin the countdown to the New Year, I keep reminiscing on how 2021 was spent by me. There are some decisions I regret taking and there are some I am glad to have taken . It's been a tough year tho.

But Quitting smoking was the best decision I took this year tho and it's been effortless judging from the fact that I was nicknamed WIZKHALIFA OF LAGOS(I did them all) due to my smoking prowess,lol.

2. 4 Sets of Architectual drawing- Lagos will always request for 5 copies of Architecture and structural drawings but Ogun State demand you submit four copies of Architecture and structure each.

This local government will already have a fixed amount for bungalows and multiple floors. Each of the floors tax levy is very meager. Less than twenty thousand for a floor.

6. Site Photograph.

The septic tank is where the waste water and effluent first arrives from the building, the compartment is plastered and is supposed to be water tight. The waste in this tank goes through bacterial degradation which will reduce its size and toxicity. As the waste gets more liquefied, it is expected to start flowing into the soak away section of the system through a pipe placed in the middle wall. The flow into the soakaway is mostly water, and this water is supposed to soak away into the surrounding soil from weep holes created to leak water away from this tank. This water will either evaporate, or travel downwards as ground water which has been filtered just like all the other dirty water going below the ground.

some of us are products of referrers i will take myself as an example... most of my clients i dont know them, they will tell me that someone refer me to them,. I don't take that grace for granted. the borehole guy just was just an unfortunate person, i told him if he deliver back then that I will keep referring him to more clients... there are lots of people on this forum that i can refers with my eyes closed.. what i have learnt is that i will not receive payment on your behalf ..

i was to travelled to far east some times ago, and the client asked me to source for best plumber, kitchen cabinet, painter, pop and all for him.. i did that for him without any incentive.

Keep doing your good work. That is no way we can please people on earth.
