It would have been very foolish for the government to have killed Kanu while he was in their custody. You forget that Kanu is also a British citizen. Killing him in custody would not only have created an international storm. Britain does not take the killing of its citizen, while in custody, lightly. The Government would have had to explain, both locally and internationally, how and why Kanu died and you can bet that Kanu's family would have a full autopsy conducted to ascertain cause of death. Can you imagine the media and diplomatic storm that would have occured if it is found out that government killed a British citizen in its custody who was yet to be convicted of any crime?

The better way to do it is send Soldiers to go and kill Kanu and come up with a stupid story that he was killed in the crossfire of a military operation.Unfortunately for them, Kanu managed to escape with his life.

Government did illegal acts:

1) Soldiers have no constitutional right to go anybody's house to make arrest

2)Only a court can revoke bail and order a defendants arrest. So wether Kanu broke his bail conditions or not, anyone who attempted to arrest him before the courts revoked his bail, commited an illegal act

3) It is not possible for a group to be militants or terrorists without being armed. Terrorism is all about being armed with guns and bombs and killing people. As at September 2017 when Kanu's house was stormed and IPOB declared terrorists, neither Government or anyone has claimed that they were armed or killed anybody. Yet in this country, other groups like OPC, Niger Delta militants and killer herdsmen have all been armed and killed people without anyone tagging them terrorists. But IPOB who was unarmed and killed nobody were declsred terrorists

The reality of it is that neither IPOB nor Nnamdi Kanu did anything wrong. They are being persecuted for agitating for their freedom

With or without your epistles on a phantom invasion, provide the proofs before we can take you serious.

While at that, provide the court the autopsy reports of the so called unarmed dead, also provide the forensics of the bullets used.
