As long as traders from the ECOWAS region fulfilled all documentary and financial requirements to legally run their business before the enactment of the $1 Million requirement, it shouldn't apply to them......possibly until their current documents lapse and they go for renewal! However, new entrants that registered their businesses after law was enacted should be subject to it or return back home! That should be the fair way to go about it!
