Hello people..... never give up, seeing people that one applied before getting approval makes one wonder & it is disheartening, but as long as the application is still under processing and a final decision has not been made, then there is hope, Almighty God will perfect all that concerns our applications. Congratulations to the approved! |

@cydnmar....sorry about the refusal, was 12million the closing account balance and other properties you mentioned?? Or acct balance & estimate of the properties you mentioned that amounts to 12million, just wondering what could lead to this outcome if there was a closing bal of 12m |

Quick observation Was reading through this thread searching for the nursing course I am going for, visas were approved within one to two weeks as at 2015, things have really changed like they became wiser overtime by delaying people's app or over checking because I am trying to understand, what I know is the moment a VO goes through an app for 10mins, he/she knows if the applicants visa will be granted, why delay people & create unnecessary scare, U.K gets loads of applications too but their 3wks is 3wks, or a month at most, God help us the hopefuls, the wait is killing and to think resumption is just in 3weeks....positive news all the way I pray, stay blessed all! |

Dudubery: Hello, I can see we applied same day, mine was dispatched on the 3rd as well. And they said same thing when i called. I applied at Abj tho not Lag. I think its best to confirm your passport has arrived before going there. Lets just stay hopeful. Did you receive medical mail before it got dispatched? |

roselex: Thanks Meaning all my supporting docs can come from Nigeria am actually going for masters. My opinion....applying outside Nigeria isn't a good option, Phd students usually get preferential treatment and I see that as the case of Mr Jude, since you are considering masters, I think it's not the same case, my 2cents...over to the gurus |

khasm: The truth is, you did not include home tie to yourself..your years of experience seems too little, no SOA, not married, no Kids, c'mon.no property doc
I am not saying without all these you cannot get visa, but chances are slim. Since you have left the gap for purpose of visit in your first app., you must clear the concern, cause every other VO will check.
The only way you can address the concern with this your profile is if you can convincingly explain to the VO the connection between you and your parents property and investment doc, i.e lettting them know you are the heir,etc..just think through it.
otherwise, let your circumstance change before reapplying Two & half years of experience is little He wasn't denied based on asset or ties o, he said based on purpose, the best solution is to get his note to know what d VO's concern is specifically. |

aade5: **Home Ties -Parents property documents -Parents Investment -CAC registration document for my partner company -Pension account summary Maybe you should look for Msc in what you studied that excludes computer because I don't understand, they actually seem related. Don't know why such judgement was given, you can only know by ordering your gmcs note to know what d VO's concerns are. It is well |

@Aade.....sorry about d delay, honestly only God gives Visas not this CIC people, guess some make their judgements based on mood, God favor us all...when did u apply & when did you get the denial mail. Thanks |

kingWB: Hello Everyone. Big ups to everybody contributing here and I'll really appreciate it if someone can help me with this problem. So I plan to start processing my travel and study soon but there is something that's been bothering me. I would like to work and possibly continue living after my studies in canada but I have a degree in psychology and I'm pursing an msc in the same course but apparently you have to have a PhD to practice psychology which means I most likely won't b able to secure a job after graduation. I would pursue PhD also but I only have funds enough to sponsor msc and would like to start working asap. My other alternative is to pursue a pgd in human resources management but I heard pgd don't get visas approved and also that lambton college is 27k c. a.d Anybody in canada that has any pointers would really b helpful. Thanks Really?? So PGD students don't get their visas approved....I will share my testimony here by God's grace, my case is different . |

Ceslause: Let's all be patient and pray...
I submitted my study permit application on 18th April ,and on 10th May CIC asked me to address a misrepresentation by submitting proof of my past employment, which i sent to them on 11th May.And like someone said,am yet to hear "pim" from CIC since then, lol.
But one thing is certain, it shall all end in praise... Try getting busy so as to think less about the "wait"
I wish all the TRV hopefuls the best. PDid u lie about your job status or what was the misrepresentation about exactly? Never heard about this kind of misrepresentation except for the US denial thingy |
