kk, so CIC decided to consider purpose of visit. No p, in God we trust! It shall end in praise.
@Sugaro...CIC decided to consider purpose of visit? Whose application?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 10:53am On Aug 27, 2017
Morning people, I need to understand something please, if an application has been on background processing for over two months, does it mean the background has comma because I don't get why they choose to forget some applications, they have even started reviewing August applicants already, this is totally unfair, no internal control whatsoever to give them deadline on people's applications, imagine having to wait for 4,5 months and still getting delayed, U.K. Gets loads of applications too, I wish there was a suggestion box or something, if additional docs are needed, they should just let the applicant know instead of just giving the silent treatment. God is in control & he surely knows best.

Chybaz....God will rest the soul of the deceased & by God's grace, your next application will be an approval.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 11:44pm On Aug 24, 2017
@kenny4uu, sorry about the delay, repackage & fire back with prayers, quick one, I remember you were asking for the content of mail to send to CIC to remind them about your application two days ago, was it the letter that prompted their response to you?? When did your review of eligibility start and all....just wondering, God will see us all through

True to a very large extent. We had a big fight in this house last week about this and everyone was up in arms against me, it was like me standing against the world.
The sad bit is that masters is not open to internationally educated health professionals like doctors, nurses etc they can only opt for certificate courses, I sincerely hope they are aware, since they now see Pgd/c applicants as applicants that are not genuine. God help us all
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 11:20pm On Aug 22, 2017
Let's not deceive ourselves, it's safe to say CIC doesn't want to hear anything Pgd/c from Nigeria, it's been loads of denials all through.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 8:25pm On Aug 22, 2017
Congratulations to all the applicants that got approvals, for those that are saying they sent mails like 4,5 times to remind CIC, please can you post what exactly you said as a short sentence, if one can take the risk to send to please, you never know. Congratulations once again

Alantobie:
I don't understand this CIC people. My friend told me that she was delayed because of insufficient funds. She paid a year tuition fee, and submitted her dad's statement of account with balance of 20m and she is his only dependant. She said they ticked all three boxes for insufficient funds. It's like they didn't even check her application to find the tuition receipt.
@Alantobie, I think it's not just the balance that is considered, considering this isn't a third party sponsor, they usually request for proof of fund export etc if they want to give trv and feel they need to see the remaining funds made available, maybe there were lump sum deposits or the source of money can't really be traced, moreover I haven't seen anyone asked to send proof Lately because fall is here already, so they might be making decisions based on limited time now, plus CIC should have just put a note out to make people know that if one is using a 3rd party sponsor, deposit should be made into applicants account instead of denying people out rightly because that seems to be the new trend. God help us all
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 1:51am On Aug 21, 2017
Hi All, Just a quick one....With this trend of people having to remind CIC about their applications & some getting updates almost immediately, I have seen two approvals based on reminder and a delay based on the moniker having to send his tuition receipt & getting attended to, the next day, a decision was made & it was a denial....should we conclude that they were actually done with these kinds of applications or is the applicants messages that got to them and made them to hasten uphuh Confused much people
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 10:10pm On Aug 20, 2017
@Emmane.... it is well bro, that means they were almost rounding up with your application, just repackage & refire, God will see us all through.

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 2:15am On Aug 18, 2017
@ibeli0....western union global pay for international students rather, its d first item....hope this helps
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Arebo: 2:09am On Aug 18, 2017
@ibeli0.....I used the western money globalist for students wire transfer, click on it, select school, enter your student id and fill the rest of the information, then it will give you the locked down rate for that day which expires in three days, so you have to be fast, then take it to your bank with your acceptance letter, passport data page....can't remember all, then fill form A....that's all
