Though i never wanted to talk on the tithe issue but permit me to tell you that the the only thing that is certain in life is death nothing is sure than death. I have grew a kero business from 750k to about 3m and eventually it went under the water with the people i supplied product to one sent my money to the sun schooling in us and another one used the money to do wedding for her child and in the long run the business failed. Fast forward, i signed a business deal of 7.5m with a guy with all the legal back up the guy still behaved funny and as am writing now the guy is at ikoyi maximum prison. Now tell me what is certain? we are all taking risk and is the prayer of individual is that the risk should always yield the desired result in the long run. Back to issue of tithe, it depends on an individual am a strong believer of tithing because when i tot everything has finished for me God will Just make another miracle. If you are a tither, even if your business is grounded there will always be a way out no matter how terrible the situation is. The little bull run on NSE in 2017/2018 made me back to my feet financially and I give God the glory. When you pay tithe and you remember the poor around you, you have paid your insurance premium and when financial calamity comes, God will not leave u alone to weather the storm. Psalm 41:1-2.

Yes. Exams take place 2ce in a year: March and September. She can register into the express entry people at any time, but with her first degree at the moment. But in the event that an ECA has not been done for the first degree, she can commence this time next year, wait for the results to be out in December, and get into the pool January/February 2021.

Yes. But you wouldn't call it a second degree per se; but, an additional certificate to boost your CRS score. When she obtains the certificate, she would qualify for two or more certificates. Plus, you need to decide fast as March 2020 is the next exam period and there is a lot to know!

This scenario played out in 2007/2008 when there was too much money in the hands of citizens not knowing what to do. All of a sudden the entire airwaves every now and then was adverts of Initial Public Offerings of different commodities. While the foolish (including me) were front loading their money into and open ended pipe in the name of buying into an IPO and admiring the certificates, the financial crooks were at the back end of the pipe off loading the money in the name of trading (by hyping and manipulating share prices). Recession was the result. Sometimes i wished all my capital then were even in just a savings account without interest. The loss was too much. AFter then, i discovered Government Securities.

One thing to note is this. Money is like energy. For everyone that lost money, some other person gained it. The sad part is, 100 people can loose money to 1 person. The reverse is never the case. With the latest trend, there is likely going to be another experience of too much money and myriads of scammers. Even when a legit investment come your way, there is likelihood of funds over saturation which makes an investment company become obsessed. Only those with track records will be able to hold investors funds in keeping with promises.

I have series of BONDs and TBs maturing From February 2020 and Bonds coupons going on with the next one in December.

None of those moneys will be used for any other investment other than what i am used to. I will rather keep them trekking (short TBs or MMF) and wait for the prime time or nothing.

Anyway, it depends on how you looked at it the same stock market where i loose my first million an hard earned money for that matter also made me millions i used for TB and will make me my first $ 1m with patience i grow the money yearly. I went back to my drawing board do my own serious research and reading then change my investment strategy and also i dont allow broker to tell me stock to buy again i trade online myself so am in control of my portfolio. i have tabulated my target on an excel in my laptop and this guide my investment objective and the strategies i can use to achieve my target. there is still plenty of monies to be made in the economy and the most important thing for me is that the money must be working for me from january to december. I love risk taking and i will never leave stock exchange no matter the mago mago they do there. Know your entry period and exit time very important.

I guess, this is FG motive. By reducing the rate, people would be force to invest in biz rather than tbills and this in turn create employment and stimulate economic growth.
