sgtponzihater1: I am currently up 100% in my Nigerian stock portfolio in less than 12months. Probably luck though. A lot of things not working well on nse economy in shambles, inflation going to 30%, unemployment is on the increase and stocks are rising because of too much of liquidity in the system and even dead stocks are rising too am not even bothered about the moves. Am ok with US all the stocks I ventured in since I started the least was 30% in one day, have witnessed 10-500% in less 3 months. The last one was TCRT that did 126% gain in about 4months. With the rate at which naira is going for now nse out of my interest for now. When u see dead stocks rising on nse, hmmmm 2008 experience loading. |

yok: THE US MARKET NO GREE TODAY THE BULLS ARE LIKELY TO BE ON PARADE Today likely to be a happy day in this forum today.
AAOI is one of the stocks in our watchlist.
The Nigeria market is still strong (but as a Nigerian my worry is that, this bull apart from the Dangote and other refineries comming on stream, what can engender strong company growth is lacking in the environment). Also, if China come on stream, Oil will become expensive, dollar on its own is strong so there is high probability that inflation may be difficult to contain). So if I want to invest in Nigeria stocks, definitely it cannot be for the long term. For now let us continue to enjoy the bull in Nigeria stocks, but keep our stocks tight and watch the support level, our member have this, for example DANGCEM support is 603.90). So if see DANCEM below 603.90 in a few days time then we should start thinking bearish. We will adjust tge support depending on market price action. If one enters naija stocks is like sitting on a keg of gun powder |

Danniee: Oga Aremso, pls kindly look at HLTH. Guys sold last Friday cos of tax purposes if u can take the risk it worth it, it lost 42% on Friday and today premarket it did +86% at a time then fell when regular market opened to 24% gain but now trying to recover the looses of Friday. To me is a nice stock but buying the deep would have been nice. In my analysis they will do RS buying the deep before RS will always be a win win post RS. They have about annual revenue of $400m RS will make the price go up |

Maria96: not true . They haven’t done CEC draws since late 2021. A lot of ex students have their PGWP expiring next month and February with no information on extension. They will have to go back home. There are currently 800k students with 260k PR slots, when you take out those outside Canada that will get ITA we can say about 130k slots remaining. So how will that go round Okay |

Profgordons: The immigration targets for next year are still as high as they have been from previous years but the selection dynamics have drifted. Large influx of students on one and two year programs are already graduating and that number will be even more explosive in coming months. That means they and their dependents have made the pool more competitive. Now there are new schemes considering refugees for PR (I believe this is to make them productive and reduce government spending) also some new pathways for people from Haiti, Mexico etc. People with better outlook remain health workers, I can guarantee you that many people who used study route may still never get PR considering current conditions. If you are not into health then learn French or seek PNP routes. It is what it is. Bro. Those that use study route are more at advantage of getting PR than those outside cos they will give them preference than those outside this is my view though based on how they have been doing the draw stuff all these while |

thehvacservice: Hi there, I'm happy to help you with your questions about relocating to Canada through trade school. Chances of getting a study and work permit Your chances of getting a study and work permit under an HVAC trade school program are quite good. HVAC is a skilled trade in high demand in Canada, and there is a shortage of qualified workers. As such, the Canadian government is encouraging immigration of skilled tradespersons. In order to be eligible for a study and work permit, you will need to meet the following requirements: You must have been accepted into a full-time study program at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada. You must be enrolled in a program that is at least six months long. You must have a valid passport or travel document. You must meet the minimum language proficiency requirements in English or French. You must have sufficient funds to support yourself during your studies and have access to medical coverage. In addition to these general requirements, there are a few specific requirements for study and work permits for skilled tradespersons. These requirements include: You must have a job offer from an employer in Canada. The job offer must be in a skilled trade that is in demand in Canada. The employer must be willing to pay you a wage that is comparable to the prevailing wage for the position. Working after training If you are successful in getting a study and work permit, you will be able to work full-time while you are studying. You will also be able to work full-time after you complete your training and apprenticeship. The average hourly wage for HVAC technicians in Canada is $25.78, which is significantly higher than the average hourly wage for all occupations in Canada ($26.18). HVAC technicians also have good job security, with a low unemployment rate of 3.5%. Additional considerations In addition to the information provided above, there are a few other things to consider when relocating to Canada through trade school: You will need to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications to work as an HVAC technician in Canada. You may need to take additional courses or training to meet the Canadian standards. It is important to research the job market in the area where you plan to live to ensure that there is a demand for HVAC technicians. Overall, relocating to Canada through trade school is a great option for skilled tradespersons who are looking for a rewarding career with good job security and high wages. I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

henrimoto: No big news yet for TCRT.. they posted a loss of $0.04 for the 3rd quarter earnings report.
I dont think there's anything big for PIRS, this one that, they delayed to present their quarterly earnings report this time. What you think? Expectations on TCRT was merger and acquisition not even their FS |
