It is so sad that the society we live is silent on cases like this! How can a case like this with enough evidence take up to 3 years before putting the culprit behind bars. And to think he was only given 3 years, he should be left to rot in jail.

Breakfast: green tea n a small portion of beans.
Lunch: jollof rice n fried rice (yes I need to be flogged, coz have vowed to stay clear from oil)
Dinner: small portion of wheat flour with plenty vegetable soup.
I promise to enter my log daily no matter how tired I am.

For breakfast, had green tea n vegetable with fish.

Lunch, amala (small portion) n veg with beef

Hello all. For breakfast I had a cup of green tea and one boiled egg.
Lunch was beans (half of d usual portion), I actually used a small bowl.
Dinner, just finished making water leaf soup with fish, I didn't add palm oil to it. I plan to take it with one wrap of eko (agidi).
Can anyone tell the benefits of green tea?
