Hausa, Ibo or Yoruba, we all have one common enemy: Politicians

Let us stop all the tribal bashing and find a possible solution to our problems.

One love keep us together.

RomanceWhy Do Some People Complain So Much? by argon500(op): 9:15am On Jul 05, 2016
I don't just get it.. Why do some people complain so much about anything, everything. Yeah, the economy is so bad but is it affecting only them? No matter how rich/poor you are, you must be up to something for sure ( problems, goals, achievements). One way or the other they are still a problem.
Just imagine someone with 3 children, 3 different wives, no reasonable job to bring steady income complaining bitterly as if his problem just started today. You can never run away from reality.

Freedom is found not by sleeping or running away, but by choosing to be awake and staying here long enough for the magic doors to open.

When you run away from all of your problems, you eventually run from yourself. You forget the person you could be if you stayed in one place, worked through your downfalls, accepted your shortcomings and then overcame them. You forget that there’s a version of you who is reliable and passionate and strong. You lose the sense of pride you used to have from persevering.

Because when you run away from all of your problems, you run right into infinitely more. You create a world within yourself that must be tiptoed through and gets over-turned with ease. You are a land mine of unfinished wounds that bleed again at the slightest scratch. You find yourself having to constantly run further, harder, faster, to avoid what you are carrying within yourself. The further you run from your problems, the further you run from yourself. And the harder it becomes to eventually find your way back home.

Nice one they don't shop where wl shop,
they don't live in the hut we call home,
they don't use the same hospital we go,
they don't ply on the same road for long hour journey,
they send their kids to d same school we attend,
they don't even care we exist only during election they remember us,
they don't wear the same material we put on tho the money is for d nation.
we reverend them as god, them see us as scum.
Tho we wl all died and buried but even their grave is not the common one.

so I wondered why I wl be on social media and insult an average Nigerian like me who hasn't benefited anything from the polithievcians of this world.

I wondered why I wl abuse an average Nigerian who is on the street everyday like me..whose only hope is in God dey.

I wondered why I wl castigate an average Nigerian who d legislooters of this world denied d basic policy of better life.

To all Nigerian out there no matter ur color, tribe, or creed and religion love u cos u ar my broda and sister.
People need to be aware of this. We all want change but the question is are we ready to change?

PoliticsUnsolved Question! by argon500(op):
Once some high ranked political leaders were holding a public meeting. Tables were well arranged with neat and clean white cloths, bouquet and Eva water bottles. One of the leaders started his speech.

People were listening the speech very minutely. Suddenly, a boy (maybe eleven or twelve years old) from the public, ran towards the table, picked up a water bottle and tried to run away. It happened so quickly that nobody could realise exactly what had happened!!

People only heard a sudden noise of ' hey....hey.....hey.. catch him...catch him', nothing else. Anyway, the boy was caught by the security police.

The police held the boy's hand tightly and asked, 'You stupid! What have you stolen?'

The boy said, 'Nothing.'

The police got angry and slapped the boy. With anger he shouted, 'Show me your hands.'

Now the boy was scared. He showed both of his hands. He was holding a Eva water bottle.

The police was stunned when he saw the bottle. But out of curiosity, he demanded, 'Why a water bottle?'

The boy looked at his face out of fear and stammered, 'I wanted to taste the water if it gives any special taste, whether it is the same water, like the water coming in our public pipe!!!'

The police got furious now and twisted his ear said,'You stupid! Don't you know this is pure water? The political leaders never drink the normal water that you drink. Don't you know that, you fool?'

The boy looked at him in a big questioning face and asked,'Why so huh??'

But, there was no answer to his question.................................

This is exactly what is happening around us. To both Wailer and Zombies,The political leaders never drink the normal water that you drink. Get that into your skull and stop defending those who never know you exist.

Hello guys, hope you had a good sleep. Unknown friend has really being disturbing my life. I usually meet this guy at a bar close to my house. At first he came as a friend but as time goes on, this guy keep on disturbing/intruding my enjoyment. At times, this guy will send me a message to come and buy drink for him.. Most times, I always ignore the message. 3 weeks ago, i went to the bar to have some drinks, i met this guy as usual and he asked me to buy drink for him, initially, i was pissed of of his attitude but later overlook and gave him 2k so that we could drink together. After giving this guy 2k, he manipulated his way to ask for another 500 naira which i gave to him. When I got home that day, i was pissed with myself cos i already promised myself not to buy him drink again cos he will keep on asking.

Yesterday, i went out as usual, i saw this guy and I ignored him at first, later he came to sit on my table. I had no choice than to buy drink as usual. I already planned the amount i was going to spent still this guy made me to spend more than what I budgeted.

I woke up this morning really pissed . I already planned to cook tilapia this morning, when i checked my pocket, I realized I have nothing left, i checked my phone balance, to my surprise, I sent money to the guy yesterday. wtf I had to exchange e-currency to get cash. What if I have no alternative? Anyways, I sent him message this morning.. the message reads : Hello broda, stop all this manipulative things you used to do. To be honest, you are inconvenience me. Please stop

Infact the way I am feeling this morning, I feel like i should see this guy and punch him..lol

I am planning to intentionally go to the bar this evening. Waiting for the guy to start the poo and see the other side of me. This guy is very good in manipulating and i think enough is enough. He is really taking an advantage on me and it has to stop

Note: I drink alot but with sense. So i do not think the guy always take advantage of me when drunk cos this same guy asked me for a softloan of 5k yesterday which i confidently denied even though I was tipsy.

- President Buhari is yet to tell Nigerians whether he has paid the 25 million naira loan he took to buy the party nomination paper or not. If he has paid it when did he do it and how? If he has not paid it, when is he going to do so?

- President Buhari promised not to take off the petroleum subsidy. He has done it.

- President Buhari promised 86 naira at the pump; it is now 145 naira

- President Buhari promised to make Naira equivalent to the Dollar. Naira was about 200 to a Dollar when he took the reins of power. As I write this, Naira is over 350 to a Dollar

- President Buhari promised that he would not tolerate corruption in any form. After finding out those who padded the initial 2016 budget, rather than use them as examples by sacking them, he merely redeployed them.

- President Buhari promised Nigeria that he would follow the Constitution of Nigeria and enforce its laws. He has been flouting several court orders and setting a bad example as the leader of the country.

- The Fulani herdsmen have been raping, maiming and murdering innocent Nigerians with AK-47 rifles. President Buhari has never addressed Nigerians specifically on this serious security issue. His goons in the DSS have been able to arrest petty criminals but unable to arrest murderers because they obviously belong to the President’s ethnic group.

sinorte:
I know this isn't funny but it's just a stark revelation of how foolishly many of us have been hiding behind that worn-out mantra of "only if I had enough capital I'd have made some meaning investments". The truth of the matter is that many of us don't have the slightest idea of what to do with a few thousands naira speak less of a couple of millions. The reason for this I wouldn't know. May be we've just become shallow-minded and idea-bereft by our routine 8am to 4pm commitments.

I am now an advocate of having the investment ideas first even before the capital comes.

Now , here it is. I have 2million naira, but no business or investment ideas. If you've got one, I'd gladly accept for free. But if the plan is solid enough that you feel it shouldn't go for a fee, I'd gladly pay after critical reviews.

Thanks
I will advice you to go into e-currency business. It is a work from home business and profitable. Within 1 month you must have made nothing less than 1,million naira profit.. Send me pm if you want to know better
