Job Title: Project Scheduler
Job Level: Entry level
Location: Lagos (Mainland)

Responsibilities:
• Management of all project sites(active and Inactive) and provide real time information on status/updates for managed sites
• Design & execute an efficient project calendar for all projects
• Coordinate & manage site personnel (internal and external)
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on all project sites with clear action plans for follow up activities

Requirements include:
• Good first degree (preferably in Quantity Surveying)
• 1-2 years experience in construction industry
• Familiarity with building site operations & tasks
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ablility to manage activities/tasks for multiple construction sites within timelines
• People management skills
