Please someone should help me with this enquiries on Direct Employment Visa on the security jobs in UAE: the salary range, accommodation (the minimum and maximum numbers in a room) transportation and how the feeding like, will there be provisions for gas to cook or free meal? I learnt some pay 200k naira -240k naira. How the Laundry is like, would there be provisions for someone to launder your uniforms? And other things like that.

Also, will like to know the duration of the shift everyday and off days. And is it possible to work for 8 or 9 hrs shift? cus I learnt some security jobs is 11- 12 hrs shift. How do they eat while on duty.

Also the job description of the security over there and where dey normally post them to?

Is there provisions for health care like HMO?

Any possible social life to reduce stress after work or on off days?

I learnt they require prove of secondary school cert. If one have higher certificate like Diploma will it determine place of posting or give an edge?

I also learnt some companies do sponsor to go for SIRA training for two weeks after which one will be given certificate to be able to work. Also aware they carry out screening like medical.

Hello guys, well-done to everyone here.

I read the whole thread from page 1-313, the good, bad and the ugly stories.

From everything said here, I think it is best to get an employment from Nigeria before coming to the UAE.

I am a Digital/Motion Graphics Designer, with knowledge of Video Editing and a little bit of Cinematography.

I am just 24 years, but I seriously want to leave this country.

I wanted to go to other first world countries, but it's quite expensive; so I decided to go to Dubai first to raise/save up the required amount, and then move to either Europe or Canada.

I have started applying for jobs on the sites listed here, Indeed, Nakurigolf etc.

I have gotten about 3 responses from the applications, but I noticed that whenever we get to the second stage of the interview (they ask if I am in Dubai, and where I am currently based. Once I mention Nigeria, I don't get any feedback from them again).

My questions are thus:

1. Is it still possible to get a job online with this Nigerian stigma, or is there something I should do that I am not doing?

2. I read here in few pages back that, the company that sponsors your Visa and flight are likely to hold onto your passport until the end of one's contract.

Will that also apply to me, since I am in Media/IT field?

I also want to ask, does it mean that I can't travel outside UAE (to visit my family back in Nigeria), until the 2 years is complete?

3. If my passport is held by the company, does that mean that nobody can come visit me from outside UAE?

Very true. Also one must be circumcised during medicals whether you have done it before or not so as to get the real Emirates ID. Then one has to drink Albab boiled feaces during deposit of first salary to the UAE bank. What else? Everything you hear is very true brother.

Lies!! Lies!!. They will just give you a visitor visa for a few days and when you arrive we then you are f**ked. Firstly, Azerbaijan study visa can only be obtained either in the country or in Dubai after you’ve paid your school fees. You can not get it from Nigeria as there is no embassy here. Only visitor online visa you can get in Nigeria and the days you get is based on the amount of hotel booking. ( five days hotel booking is 5 days visa). THERE IS NO JOBS FOR AFRICANS IN AZERBAIJAN. Students cannot work in Azerbaijan. The side jobs people dp is teaching English at English learning centers. So save your money and find somewhere else to go bro. Except you like been duped. Peace

Some schs have started their application process, I doubt if not all sef and yes, you've to travel to either Egypt, India or turkey to visit the Estonia embassy there, it's can't be processed in Nigeria...no free tuition but you can get a tuition fee waiver...yes you can tender a sponsor's statement but you have to show how you're related to the sponsor and lastly u need the TOEFL or IELTS to even secure admission...

Also, from the few pages I have read I am confused with things like traveling to China or Egypt before getting Estonia Study visa, is it that one cannot get the Visa here in Nigeria cus am not understanding o. Also are there free tuition schools in Estonia like that of Germany

Since I can't afford the financial requirements to be met for the Visa can I tender a sponsor statement of account. Can I get the Estonia Study Visa without any standardized test like IELTS or TOEFL

And what's the Visa fee amount?

Can I apply for Bsc in public schools in Germany with my WAEC result only. Would I be given an admission into any free tuition school without any standardized test like TOEFL or ielts? I have 9 years working experience in hospitality industry. Though I don't know what course the school have that aligns with my work experience. Direction: when I got to ketu by 7:00 am, the bus going to Igbogbo refuse to full, then I came down and board a bus going to ogolonto, then from there you will see mini bus going to Igbogbo again....I dropped on the way exactly in front of waec office....just tell the driver.

Also, my GCE was in 2017. Please how much will I pay and what document do I take along. Can I also get the certificate from WAEC office at along Yabatech, though my GCE centre was EPE. I await your response. Thanks
