NO, YOU'RE THICK. Football is 95% psychology, and YES, the JERSEYS and EVERYTHING ELSE can be interwoven in that.

There is a CLEAR PATTERN of us LOSING in COMPETITIVE GAMES when we wear that dark green jersey.

In fact, I cannot actually recall A SINGLE competitive match we've won wearing that jersey.

If anyone knows, pray tell.
Dude, just bounce off my mentions. You think you are smart. But you aew just here spewing trash all over the place.

I will no longer dignify your rants -- typing in all caps like a kid -- with any response.

Don't know why I opened and commented on the thread of a rabid dog in the first place. Twas my fault for doing that.

Use your FCKING BRAIN YOU DUNCE. Go and check the PATTERN of competitive games we have played and lost in the last THREE YEARS.

THAT IS THE PROOF THAT WHAT I AM SAYING IS 10000% TRUE.
Why do you keep bolding your watery insults. "FUÇKING" " dunce" etc are basic words that kindergarten kids can use everyday. You should be more constructive. Just as you can be more constructive with this baffling piece of crap that you all are throwing around aboitna Jersey being the cause of your loss.

Are you people really that thick?

Maybe this could be his own way of handling the defeat. Although we lost to a more better tactical system.
Dude is a clown. Just throwing insults around. Maybe he bet and lost. That's what is eating him up. I wouldn't blame him much.

We should all go and beg Vincent Enyeama for not treasuring him enough when we still had him. He was such a pair of safe hands in goal.

Uzoho, in my opinion wasn't doing badly. Wonder what made Rorh just wake up one morning and decided to boot him out.

2. We Need better defenders.

3. Need a coach that understands modern football.

Those are the 3 major things we need now. Otherwise, there will be more outbreaks

You are obviously too DUMB to see the pattern of losses, and the psychology behind that history, that accompanies the wearing of that dark green jersey, and clearly influences the players, subconsciously or otherwise.

WE LOST TO MADAGASCAR wearing that jersey.

DOES ANYONE SERIOUSLY THINK WE WOULD HAVE LOST TO MADAGASCAR WITH OUR BRIGHT GREEN JERSEY?

NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS. YOU KNOW IT. I KNOW IT. WE ALL KNOW IT.

IN FACT, WHEN OPPONENTS SEE NIGERIA IN THAT HORRIBLE DARK GREEN OUTFIT, THEY RUB THEIR HANDS WITH GLEE. BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE EAGLES ARE THERE FOR THE TAKING.
Dude, insulting me will not change anything. Nigeria lost.

Get over it and stop whining all over the place like an overgrown baby.

I am surprised at many Nigerians sha... They seem to watch back of TV like we used to say as kids.

Compare our team to that of Algeria and you'd see a massive gap. The Algerians were more tactically astute and surprisingly fitter. The Cameroonian team and South African team were a lot poorer and that was why we had any chance against them.

I have been saying this:

Genot Rorh plays an obsolete brand of football.

In this modern age hardly do you see teams withdrawing into their own half of the pitch when the opposition defenders are bringing it forward. You have to PRESS the defenders and block every expected passing option. Pep Guardiola made this "modern tactics" popular. And many teams use it now.

Madagascar used it against us and we saw the result.

Today, the Algerians did the same thing.

Since the first day of the tournament I watched out football and was immediately unimpressed. Even against Burundi we were playing this kind of obsolete football.

They play like this waiting to counter without any meaningful passing triangles. Once the opposition score, they get out of their shell and start to press. Then once they get a goal, they sit back and start to invite pressure again.

We need a coach that is up to date with modern football... And more importantly can blend our team together as a unit.

I hope Senegal now go ahead and do West Africa proud come Friday

Just because of small football game that was lost?

Many of you behave like barbarians too much. What is in a Jersey that it will be the cause of the Eagles losing? Don't you people even reason?

The better team won on the day. Simple.

These guys are really suffering. They go through inhumane things everyday.

My friend is currently serving in the Nigerian Army, right in the heat of battle (sambisa). I know how many times he "flashes" friends and fams or send "call me backs" just to ask for N200 recharge cards.

If he tells you what they go through, you will know our Nation has failed woefully!

I support the notion of sacking Rorh, not necessarily because he lost this game but because we have been underwhelming overall.

He has been here for 3 years plus, yet we can say this is the definitive Nigerian style of play. Poor decisions, poor changes, late changes etc. The worse decision was playing Akpeyi!

Once Mahrez caught Collins one-on-one I knew a rape was inevitable for our LB. Unfortunately they had to score from it.

I will reserve my observations until after this game.

Sports / The Funny Moment Egyptians Waved Bafana Bafana "Bye Bye" by Arsenalholic(m): 11:21pm On Jul 10, 2019
This right here is funny...

After getting knocked out by South Africa in the round of 16, Egyptians turned out in quite a sizeable number today to support the Eagles against the Bafana Bafana.

At the end of the game a few of them held up this sign that said "Bye bye Bafana Bafana" -- the Eagles have seemingly avenged their loss.

We are kinda cool headed in Naija sha.

Despite the fact that we breathe, eat and live football it's hard to see Nigerians doing this despite the many failures of our team.

We have heard of other Nations burning players' houses, beating them up, smashing their cars and even killing them/their family members. But never in Nigeria.

Maybe this cool headedness is also why our polithiefians are taking us for granted.

This Algerians play with flair and strength (which is a BIG surprise).

I watched them against Senegal and also CIV. They were very, very aggressive and still played sensible football.

Our attackers and midfielders should come prepared for a battle.

Please can someone tell Genot Rorh to stop the Akpeyi experiment now? He is going to be tested a lot in this game. And we might not like the outcome.

I Wish the Eagles the best, though.

Where are those who were saying we are hyping him too much?

We yelled for him to start and Genot Rorh complied. Many of the gaffers' sins I'll forgive today

This dude right here is going to be the next BIG thing outta Africa. Amazing first touch, ridiculous ball control, speed, silky feet, skillful, vision and a precise pass.

Mo Salah got no change out of that Hlanti guy on Saturday. But today Chukwueze ran rings around him at will.

I see you are also trying to justify why Simon is starting ahead. I asked a Chelsea fan who was also in support of the idea that if sarri was benching their star man hazard in favor of Pedro who tracks back to help in defense, will he also maintain the same energy. Of course he said no.

When a wingback sees an overzealous attacker like hazard, he will limit pushing forward to attack, we see these things in the EPL.
The remaining paragraphs should tell you that I am not in support of this move. Plus I have been clamoring for the inclusion of Chukwueze from the off.

There was nothing shameful about it.

KANU celebrated when Naija scored first too. You think it's easy to tone things down when your team just scored against a big gun?

In the end, they both hugged it out. That's all that matters.

I have said the same thing. I have always suspected this was why he likes Moses Simon -- the dude tracks back and is a workaholic.

This coach is more defensively minded than attack minded. And that's why there should be a clear-cut pattern when it comes to appointing coaches.

The Dutch play total football and when we have hired their coaches they have made Nigeria really enjoyable to watch. In modern day football, we should be looking at appointing coaches from either Spain, Holland or Brazil -- because they are more likely to adopt the kind of pass-and-move wingplay that made Nigeria a threat and a darling team to watch in the early 90s.

Spain for instance, can never have anything to do with a José Mourinho, because they know he won't play then kind of football they favor.

Out Football body still need more work, even though Mr. Amaju is trying.
