just 'root' the phone. ..by so doing u will be able to regulate the applications that consumes your data. .all u have to is to mark the applications u want to use at any time. .my bbm and watsapp applications are always 'on', I don't have to on or off my data cos once any application isn't on it won't consume my data..
just go get your phone 'rooted' and you will enjoy your phone.

Twas cool. The test was conducted right on time nd we were through before noon. Interview was great too just that they took more time in that aspect. They kept to time as regards their starting time.
