you will not be allowed to write. I did my test last week Friday in ph. The lady screened before me just finished her nysc that same day and wasn't allowed to write even after having all her documents. so u better relax and save your self the stress and money. I actually used original neco cert. the waec cert is needed to confirm your age. d man nearly bounce me until I showed him my international passport where he confirmed the age similarities with that of my age declaration affidavit.
