Remembered Gej was voted out, PMB is in his 6th year in office and the ship is not even yet in Naija although closer to us. If it had been easy, PMB would have commissioned this ship since 2015. Procurement of high tech ship is not the same as ordering a tecno phone from jumia (This ship was handed over to Nigeria in January and yet to arrive in Nigeria in May).
