Qualifications & Experience:

o The incumbent should hold a good University degree in any field. An MBA degree would be an advantage
o Minimum of 12 years experience; 5 of which must be working in or managing international level organisations
o Ideally business qualified, such as business development, and supply chain management with exposure to data management
o He or she should have experience in dealing with suppliers and contractors in a supplier-management environment.
o Commercial awareness of on-line supply-chain technology environments would be desirable
o Highly effective and proven interpersonal and management skills are also required. Dynamism and initiative are key requirements
o Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and general management accounting
o Knowledge of major industrial sectors such as oil and gas, power, water or transport would be an advantage
