In all of this it is what the NFF General Secretary said that caught my attention.

Does it mean it takes less than 48hours to get players cleared? Or is there something I am not understanding yet?

Rohr visited quite a few of other players at the time who all made committment.

NFF have been Claiming that the English FA have been delaying the change of allegiance process for no reason. Now you are saying they only made the application last October.
