If this guy mistakenly gets in, the daily blood that will be shed will not be worth thinking about.

OgwuEgo:
Each time I see a political thread on the front page, I notice APC supporters seem to be happy and praise the party to high heavens.
Nigeria was better before APC got into power in 2015, please as an APC supporter can you list the good your party has brought us so we join in your happiness?
I am not an APC supporter and from a personal point of view, the pain and suffering as well as gnashing of teeth by Obidients is the one good thing APC has brought to Nigerians.

Long may that continue.
PoliticsRe: 2027: Seyi Makinde Cannot Sabotage Igbo Presidency Or Stop Peter Obi by aswani(m): 5:03pm On Apr 29
There will be no Southeast president in 2027 unless it is Prof Soludo or Bianca and neither of those two are interested.

Peter Obi does not have either the gravitas or mindset to be president in 2027. He also has (typically badly behaved) Obidients sabotaging his bridge building efforts

Quite frankly, until he sees fit to congratulate President Tinubu for his electoral victory in 2033, he Peter Obí has no path to electotal victory. Nothing for bad losers.

As Ndi Yoruba will say, àṣẹ tí gun.

By the way, Yoruba that are conquered, they have been president or vice president for a long stretch in the civilian and military era. You that you have not been conquered, you are crying that they are taking your spot.

PoliticsRe: Have you ever participated in a Protest or Rally? Share your experiences. by aswani(m): 3:33pm On Apr 29
25 years of APC in Lagos, its residents cannot upload videos of water flowing from their taps.
The most basic social amenity even war torn countries like Gaza and Haiti can brag about. It is well! Abeg Ghana must not Cedis! 😩😩😩

APC has nothing to offer, and they have proved it over the past 10 years at federal level

Their supporters never come online to highlight the achievement of their masters, because there are none to highlight, they just come online to insult people better than them in every single way. Comedians grin grin grin
The reason some parts of Lagos don't have those amenities is simple, too many people turn up in Lagos daily.

You cannot plan for a city like Lagos because of undocumented migrants, some of whom ignore the Dubai that Peter Obí created when he was governor to hightail it to Lagos.

There are parts of that same Lagos that have better amenities than places abroad so you can't judge Lagos by its ghettos.

I came across the thread "Bandits Flog Kidnapped Victims In Kabba-Bunu, Kogi State (Video, Photos)".... A gruesome scene of torture carried by Fulani terrorists on several individuals who appear to be yorubas from Kogi state. I've on several occasions especially on this platform appealed to all Nigerians to take Nnamdi Kanu's message seriously and begin the revolutionary movement towards totally decentralization or dissolving Nigeria. Nothing good will come from keeping the contraption called Nigeria as it is now because the situation will only continue to get worse. Nigerians must look beyond 2027 election as no good politician including Peter Obi operating under 1999 constitution can fix or make Nigeria better.....

For those who are ignorant or yet to understand the dire nature of their hopless situation over "One Nigeria", I've included a video of Nnamdi Kanu's broadcast below.... Watch and share the video to save lives....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7n5r4Qrd2w

Now it is Yoruba people's turn to face the fulani jihadists, their region is in danger of being overruned as Nnamdi Kanu predicted..... The British contraption offers no genuine progress or prosperity but retrogression, pain, destruction and injustice to all indigenous people, only a nationwide revolution towards total decentralization or disintegration of the contraption will save all Nigerians....
So you are saying if Nigeria had been dissolved, Fulani terrorists would not invade Kwara or Kogi?

They will say, "let's not go to any part of Odùduwà land tó cause mayhem. In fact let's put our arms down and convert to Christianity".

Oga, make it make sense. Did Fulani terrorists tell you they respect borders or nations?

This is a honest assessment of how things stand in opposition politics in Nigeria, kudos to this guy.

It takes a special grace to do what President's Tinubu and Buhari did to dismiss PDP, these current charlatan opposition people simply don't have it and probably never will.

It clearly doesn't help that Obidients are in their ranks too, those ones can never understand the importance of seeing the big picture, they must abuse and insult anyone they think is in their way.

Good luck to the opposition, you will need it.

There is something called last respect.
You dont bear grudges with someone even at death . Have you ever heard where they speak bad about the dead? Do you want to tell me a dead person has not wronged anyone.
It's called last respect for a reason and should be for those that had previously respected the deceased.

The ones that made the deceased unhappy can go for last disrespect.

Let those that cared for and liked the deceased do their mourning in peace, you that have no feelings or regard for the deceased, keep away and don't come and do "ojú ayé" for the benefit of the public nonsense, that is disrespectful.

No I don't, that is too simplistic.

I see greedy opposition politicians who can't come to the kind of agreement that President's Tinubu and Buhari did.

By the way, I agree they all have moles in each other's party who report back to their Oga. But those moles wouldn't have the power to factionalise the Party.
PoliticsRe: PRP Faction Dismisses Abuja Convention, Rejects ADC Takeover Plot by aswani(m): 12:04am On Apr 29
In the history of Nigerian politics, has there ever been a time like this where factions abound left right and centre?

What is the point of having elections if none of the opposition are ready to challenge the ruling party because of internal strife?

Nor good for the country or its peoples, not good at all.

Shameful stuff.

If You’re Supporting APC, Don’t Send CV”- Nigerian CEO’s Warning to APC Supporters

Tech founder Olamide Adee has gone viral after saying APC supporters should not apply for jobs at her company.
Her comments sparked backlash and debate over politics, hiring discrimination, and freedom of choice.

A Nigerian tech founder, Olamide Adee, has stirred reactions online after publicly stating that supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) should not apply to join her team or send their CVs.

In a series of posts shared on social media, Adee said she would not use her hard-earned money to employ APC supporters, claiming their political choices reflected poor judgment.

The founder also reacted after some critics reportedly emailed her company to complain about her remarks.

“You see ‘co-founder’ in my bio, you clicked on the website, copied the email and tried to fire me from a company I STARTED AND LEAD?
Is something mentally wrong with APC SUPPORTERS?”

She later added:

“Sending mails to my company ‘reporting’ me for saying I won’t hire APC supporters is diabolical sha.
I can see your mail, and I am THE BOSS.”

The posts have since gone viral, generating mixed reactions online. While some users supported her stance as a personal business decision, others criticized the comments and raised concerns about political discrimination in hiring practices.

The incident has further fueled conversations about politics, governance, and how personal beliefs intersect with employment decisions in Nigeria

This is fake as this person seemingly has no presence on social media. That also cannot be her real surname and I am certain that picture is fake.

Her only post was an hour ago on Instagram talking about Nigerians going to do crime in South Africa.

Also, we have not been told the name of her organisation. Just that she is a tech founder.

Another Obidient nonsense on realising Peter Obí has no pathway to victory in 2027 elections.
Foreign AffairsRe: 2 Nigerians, Amaramiro Emmanuel & Ekpenyong Andrew Killed In South Africa by aswani(m): 4:29am On Apr 28
I hate threads like this because we as Nigerians make it easy for South African posters on here to just pick us off easily with our emotion laden response.

On the first page alone, the only people that made any sense were two South Africans and they weren't even being abusive, just realistic.

Let's be realistic, extra judicial killing of anyone in police custody is wrong. However, South Africa, same as Nigeria, is not the place to start acting tough when apprehended, even if unfairly, by police or security forces.

Nothing good will come out of it and your death will not even cause a change in policing over there.

Like I said on one of the Eze Ndigbo of East London thread, because we helped them fight apartheid is neither here no there and we shouldn't expect special treatment.

I was lucky when I visited their country that I had no issues, I stayed out of trouble and showed maximum humility.

As Nigerians, let's be objective about these things. Not everything South Africa should bring out these crazy and banal emotions in us. We are better than that.

May the Good Lord give those that have lost loved ones there the strength to bear their loss.

Mschew, APC and its machinery have finally been handed the keys to the city of nairaland against 2027 🤗

Please oh I say make I ask again (in case I no remember) . . . In 2023, just before the general elections, DIDN'T NAIRALAND RUN ANTI PETER OBI/LP ADVERTISEMENTS? 🤔

Because that was all I said and got the below from the 'powers that be' grin
You are wrong.

They did (inadvertently) run an advert that could be seen as Anti Chinedu Gbadebo as it was a Lagos APC group that said something about not allowing foreigners rule over us in Lagos or something.

Almost immediately the owner of this site realised the true nature of the advert, he pulled it and apologised at length for letting it through.

So this site wasn't Anti anybody at all, the owner tried his best to be neutral and I myself think he bent over too much for Obidients, that is my own opinion as a neutral and and I accept I might be wrong.

There was a lot of abuse, insult and naked aggression on show from Obidients. In the end and thankfully, the owner of the site had to implement stricter regulations about poster behaviour managed by a bot.
