When you are that exposed, there are always ways of discussing or handling issue in a mature way without being petty
If Obi is exposed and conscious of his own doing , he wouldn't even be responding to any questions from the journalist again as those ones are not deliberately setting him up with questions that will make him goof Don't get me wrong, I agree he is neither media savvy nor surrounded by anyone that is. However, this stuff of late, if you notice, the more savvy Obidients on here, few granted, are not even involving themselves, they are leaving it to the less sensible ones to entertain us over it with their poor defence. It's all about their exposure which is so poor I doubt his exposure is that low, no way, especially with the stuff lately, not a hope in hell he himself can believe those outbursts, especially the one about Kanu who called him gay. He is up to something, I feel it and I wish I knew what. |

Thank you. There was an FOIA filed by the Oyinbo guy on behalf of Hundeyin who can't do so as he is not a US citizen. There has been no court cases where Judge Beryl Howell is telling FBI or CIA to release anything on President Tinubu. ottersberger: Brother, we are not proletarians, why should we begin to think and act in the terms demanded above. This case exists. I provided proof and stand ready to further substantiate the foundational facts, but I'm extremely busy at the moment. Be rest assured this case is being fought by someone who is interested in suffocating it. Your proof wasn't of a standard to suggests the case exists. What you provided was a portal of someone manually entering the fact that they went to court on certain days without any court documents. Nothing about defense or prosecuting attorneys, nothing about start and end times, court address details, 3rd party presence, nothing. A lot of other stuff you added in your response are quite frankly nothing to do with anything so I am unable to respond. Bottom line is there is no proof this case and hearings exist in portals used by parties to the case. The June 1st deadline has passed, still nothing. We do still live in hope that Hundeyin will out himself on this at some point. Too many smart folk (like you) are bring drafged into his vortex. By the way, the guy that wrote that he had seen the documents from the original post of the thread, the Nigerian son of someone or the other based in Sweden, I did a Google search on him. He is real but his interest in this case, particularly the post, is fabricated. He also hasn't said anything about it in his social media output since and didn't in the run up to the phantom June 1st date. We are dealing with a charlatan, admittedly a smart one, in Hundeyin. Please, you need to not let your feelings for President Tinubu becloud your reasoning. The seeds of this CIA files have taken too long to germinate. The FOIA requested by Hundeyin's oyinbo friend ended with nothing to hold against President Tinubu. As it happens, both of them have now fallen out with each other. Politics › Re: Court Is Wrong: ADC Won 2 House Of Representatives Seats In 2023 by aswani(m): 11:50am On Jun 16*. Modified: 2:05pm On Jun 16 |
Penguin2: Ordinarily I would have been happy with the deregistration of ADC because it would clear the pathway for the north to vote for Peter Obi in greater majority, but I can’t support injustice just because it favours me or my interests.
The High Court based its ruling on the constitutional provision that INEC has the power to deregister any political party that fails to either score 25% of votes cast in any state in a presidential election or fails to win the governorship, senate, HOR, House of Assembly or LG chairmanship.
However, records show that ADC won 2 House of Representatives seats in the last general election.
The ADC won two House of Representatives seats in the 2023 National Assembly elections. Those seats were:
1. Leke Abejide — representing Yagba Federal Constituency (Mopamuro, Yagba East, and Yagba West LGAs) in Kogi State. He was re-elected on the ADC platform. 2. Ahmed Jaha — representing Damboa/Gwoza/Chibok Federal Constituency in Borno State. He was listed among the two ADC members elected into the 10th House of Representatives.
Further breakdown of parties and the number of seats won is as follows:
In the 2023 Nigerian House of Representatives elections, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) won 2 seats in the House of Representatives.
The distribution of seats after the election included:
* APC – 162 seats * PDP – 102 seats * Labour Party – 34 seats * NNPP – 18 seats * APGA – 4 seats * ADC – 2 seats * SDP – 2 seats * YPP – 1 seat
These figures are for the 10th House of Representatives inaugurated in June 2023.
So, on what basis was the party deregistered despite this obvious record of electoral success in the last election?
I know APC supporters are cheering the news but you should be careful what you support. These things are setting precedents and the people you support will not always be in power. I hope you would be okay when another side gets into power and starts to follow in same footsteps.
This is an aberration that should be reversed.

CharlesCNG: Atiku and the Cost of Obidient Arrogance by CharlesCNG
If Atiku Abubakar has truly turned away from a South-East running mate and settled for a South-South option, Obidients should not pretend to be shocked. Politics has consequences.
For months, many Obidient voices treated Atiku not as a potential coalition partner, but as an enemy to be humiliated. They insulted his age, mocked his ambition, dismissed his experience, branded him as desperate, and attacked anyone who suggested negotiation with him. Then, after burning the bridge, they expected him to build a road back to them.
That is not strategy. That is political childishness.
Atiku may have initially considered the South-East for balance, symbolism and coalition value. But why would any serious politician reward a bloc that has spent months abusing him, questioning his legitimacy, and treating him as disposable? Why choose a running mate from a political family whose loudest supporters cannot distinguish between negotiation and insult?
This is the deeper lesson. The South-East did not lose leverage only because of marginalisation. Some of its loudest political actors helped destroy that leverage through arrogance, emotionalism and poor coalition manners.
Kenneth Okonkwo can now complain about South-East exclusion, but the question remains: where was the strategy when Obidients were insulting Atiku? Where was the discipline when they were attacking everyone whose support they might later need?
You cannot abuse Atiku in January, reject him in March, mock his coalition in May, and cry marginalisation in June when he looks elsewhere.
Power is not won by permanent outrage. It is won by negotiation, restraint and leverage.
Obidients wanted respect without diplomacy. Atiku may have simply answered them in the only language politicians understand: exclusion. A lot of this stuff you are saying seems very basic and easy to understand, I am not sure why these Obidients are opposing it so badly that they are actually making your point. It's good that you are finding time for them but I suspect you will never get through to Obidients who have zero interest in seeing the woods from the trees. When they make the same mistake again in 2027, no doubt they will revert back to their stolen mandare refrain. Once more, thanks for breaking things down so clearly, you are doing a good job even though the ones that should learn are not interested in doing so. |

ottersberger: Happy New Month, brother.
I think it's still a bit early for speculation. To be honest, I can't recall the exact timeline in June, and I don't have the time at the moment to dig into the details. For now, let's be patient. These things usually have a way of sorting themselves out in due course. As the saying goes, time is a gentleman, and there is no need to rush ahead of the facts. Good morning and back to this again as we are in the middle of the month. The original post said the hearing will be on June 1st, I will be churlish and say even if they are all watching the World Cup in The US and that has delayed proceedings somewhat, we should have heard something by now. As I said, this is an Hundeyin nonsense that is non existent and we all, neutrals, Obidients and others, need to shut him down now. He is going to fly this flag again claiming it's been postphoned to some other time in the future, he's been doing such nonsense for a few years now. Without wanting to sound patronising and being mindful of the investigation you did which somehow gave the Hundeyin fake court thing some semblance of respectability, I think you should agree with me that this case never existed and was a dastardly money making venture directed at Obidients. One that I am proud to say I am part of those that have helped expose if not shut down, on here, at least. Once more, there is no Judge Beryl case, no FBI or CIA being told of for not releasing 5 million page files on President Tinubu, 500 pages a day and being ordered to do so at the next hearing. |

Politics › Re: My Honest Prediction Of 2027 Elections by aswani(m): 6:14pm On Jun 15 |
franchasng: What evidence do you have to prove that Tinubu actually won because even at the Presidential Election Tribunal, INEC refused to produce the form EC8As they used to declare Tinubu winner when Obi challenged them to produce it, instead they said it's Peter Obi's responsibility to produce it to prove them wrong. The irev server they collected billions to build as guarantee backup for electoral result, they switched it off and refused to allow results to be uploaded even after making their criminal declaration because they realized the results that were later uploaded contradicted their declaration so they stopped the upload when Nigerians started challenging them. Oga this is a fake rendering of what actually happened at the Tribunal. Peter Obi went to court on the basis that the IREV server had blank and blurry images of the forms. That is what was in those boxes he brought in, copies if those images. He wanted those polling units nullified and a re-run ordered which was clearly a nonsense. Of course, INEC told his counsel that true as the fact that blurry images are there, IREV is a new process and some of the polling unit people were getting to grips with taking and uploading the pictures. One picture actually had someone bathing. However, we thank the living God that the actual hard copy of the Forms, from those polling units with blurry pictures on IREV, existed and that was used to calculate the election results, same way it has always been done before IREV. The argument you referred to was Peter Obi's lawyer angrily challenging INEC to give them a copy of all the forms and he was told to follow the right process which was to go to the INEC offices and pay for a copy. Oga Peter Obi lawyer didn't bother doing that, sensibly, as he knew those results showed Peter Obi came third. Nothing was, switched off or contradicted anything. If you go to IREV today, you yourself would see that the upload was eventually completed and there are no blurry or blank images. Feel free to crosscheck the figures on IREV with your paid for copies of the EC8A. Please stop with the falsehood nwanem. |

Politics › Re: The Great Obidient Deflection: Every Question About Peter Obi Ends With Tinubu by aswani(m): 5:47pm On Jun 15 |
CharlesCNG: One phenomenon I find fascinating about a section of the Obidient movement is their apparent inability to explain Peter Obi without talking about Bola Tinubu.
Ask them about Peter Obi's economic plan.
They answer with Buhari.
Ask them about Peter Obi's security strategy.
They answer with Tinubu.
Ask them about Anambra.
They answer with bullion vans.
Ask them about his coalition politics.
They answer with corruption.
Ask them what exactly he would do differently.
They answer with debates.
Notice the pattern.
Apparently, in Obidient theology, every question about Peter Obi must be redirected to somebody else.
No.
That is not how serious people evaluate leaders.
The fact that Tinubu can be criticised does not exempt Peter Obi from scrutiny.
Two things can be true simultaneously.
Tinubu can be questioned.
Peter Obi can be questioned.
Democracy permits both.
Which brings me to a simple challenge.
Who is your candidate?
What exactly will he do differently?
How will he do it?
What evidence from his past record justifies your confidence?
Not your emotions.
Not your hopes.
Not your hatred for APC.
Not your disappointment with Tinubu.
Your candidate.
His plans.
His record.
His ideas.
Until then, spare us the emotional gymnastics and intellectual acrobatics.
Because the easiest way to know that someone cannot defend his candidate is when every question about his candidate becomes an answer about yours.
Faith may be sufficient for religion.
It is not sufficient for governance. Another banger of a post telling it how it is. Thanks for the lesson, well overdue. Watch how the usual suspects ignore the finger pointing at them and start pointing theirs at President Tinubu. |

AMINDA: From a strategic point of view, there's nothing for ADC in the Southeast. Obi made sure of it. Historically, the Southeast is also the only region that doesn't split their votes, although they almost always end up backing the wrong horse. Every other region in the country put their eggs in multiple baskets as a form of insurance except for the Southeast. In 2023, Atiku made Okowa from the Southsouth V.P and even though he didn't win Delta, he won Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa. Politics is not an emotional sport. I said something similar not long ago, once people like Prof Utomi, who is President Tinubu's best buddy by the way, can successfully encourage Peter Obí to run, which will lock away SE votes, that land is no longer fertile for any attempt to plough by anyone else. Consequently, the SE will remain on the outside looking in and their votes will only ensure 3rd place for Peter Obi and nothing else. A shame really. |

AMINDA: Was Tinubu aware of the Southern Kaduna people during the electioneering campaign when he was everywhere with Elrufai, publicly begging him to help make him president? "Dear brother Nosiru" was what he called him. No be una again?
Southern Kaduna has always had communal clashes dating back to the 80s. It was even one of the matters discussed at the Oputa panel. The Miss World and Sharia crisis also happened long before Elrufai became governor. Rather, it is on record that there was no religious clash between the Northern and Southern Kaduna while Elrufai was governor. What you had was the menace of bandits and herders and that is not peculiar to Kaduna alone. It happened in Zamfara, Benue, Katsina, Plateau, Niger, Kogi, Kwara, etc and continues to happen even today, although with much media suppression. You blame Elrufai for that of Kaduna but never did same to other governors until it recently happened in Oyo where you APC lackeys now try to blame Makinde. But governors are not in charge of security in theor states. That is the primary responsibility of the president. One more time, I am not APC anything so am not about to defend anything APC. I am challenging your assertion about the benevolence of the North in giving President Tinubu their votes without the proper context of the West previously giving President Buhari their votes. Of course President Tinubu should do something about the terrorists, as should governors with their security vote. Let me tell you now that it will still be happening in 4 years time regardless of who is President. The time to really attack the menace was President Jonathan, who was tip toeing around Fulani, or President Buhari, whose (Fulani) cabal wouldn't let him do anything about it. The only regime that would have arrested El Rufai for his silly and sensitive outburst was this one, President Buhari certainly wouldn't have. I am sure he is shocked that they called his bluff.
