akpumping7720:I second what you said, that poster initially sounded knowledgeable and well informed, I wonder what happened to make them just fall apart and become a caricature of themselves. |
ExudeLoveToAll:You do realise Peter Obí is not a Biafran separatist so he doesn't want "his own country"? |
helinues:Obidients will come through for him, though their numbers have (seriously) dwindled. He might actually use some of the monies hidden away in tax havens as exposed by the Pandora papers. He still has no pathway to victory though, his Obidients have ensured that. |
happney65:Just to clarify, I am not from the SE despite my admiration of Prof. Soludo. A sad state of affairs that you automatically assume my tribe because of the person whose politics I follow, a real shame. |
IronCondemned:This is a discussion forum where anyone is allowed an opinion on any topic, feel free to go and set up your own Obidientland forum where no one can discuss anything, you wíll not have to worry about me. |
helinues:Wouldn't that be something, if Peter Obi somehow sneaks in as the ADC presidential candidate and then doesn't clear the SE in the actual elections. Obviously we won't be allowed to rest with stolen mandate allegations. |
helinues:I thought he had North East wrapped up, I am amazed that even there is not assured for him. Maybe they should give Peter Obí the ticket, at least that one can give them SE. ADC, you people shouldn't contest in 2027 as disgrace and humiliation awaits you the path you are currently treading. |
You people attended the event of a faction of the ADC, not the real ADC. |
Sheuns:You are wrong on this and I have a good example for you that is in the public space. Pa Adedibu in Ibadan constituted his own one man GAC. Even when the military took over, Poppola still found time to allocate him his security vote. Like someone else posted, GAC have tentacles in places the governor himself doesn't know exists. The state will be made ungovernable from different angles, in the end the Milad will have to leave. Fear GAC and make sure to keep them on board to avoid stories that touch. |
Counterigbolies:Nor mind dem, pipo wey still dey cry say na Wike rig Rivers state for APC. |
mozes01:I have to be honest, I never thought anyone could get away with what he did. The fact that President Buhari, on the orders of the Fulani superpowers, wanted their pound of flesh when he was in Republic of Benin. Yet the Yoruba big boiz, on both sides of the border, silently worked hard to ensure he wasn't released from Prison to come to Nigeria and went to Europe on a temporary visa. On top of that, now Igboho is back home, not hiding and still threatening, incredible. You must doff your cap to Ndi Yoruba on that one. Meanwhile, uncle Ohamdike was being served watery beans despite all the "one hair of his head must not be touched" gra gra shouting. Truly, shoe get size. |
NewDea4:If they had announced it later in the day, you would have said they had the result at 3 am but manipulated it until when they released it. Wetin dey do una Obidients sef? Ah ah! |
Saveandideal:They should have called Obidients to order then. Now Ndi Yoruba have ensured their state house is wholly theirs, they have Yoruba speaking days at Alausa and have renamed streets to Yoruba names. Meanwhile Obidients are claiming Yoruba are from other states which Ndi Yoruba in Lagos have ignored totally. Una see una life for outside now?! |
When is Chinedu Gbadebo going to be part of this August council? On a more serious note... ... nah I've got nothing. Apologies for derailing your thread, baba. |
iamfraud:Haba, that's too much nau, dem nor fit play wit you small again ni?! |
Jayhome24:I think it's their political leaders fooling them into making them subservient, same political leaders that brought Fulani, with guns, from other parts of West Africa to kill and maim Nigerians. I hope the normal Fulani soon realise that they are being used. Mind you, no difference with Obidients who are also like lemmings in their outlook. |
Estello:I listened to the whole thing, and I might have missed it, but at no point did he mention APC or President Tinubu. I heard him mention progressives but I am not sure who makes up that group. Prof is my choice anyway and he spoke so well, compare his calm demeanour in speaking about a sensitive topic to one Ọga like that, from the fair town of Agulu, who makes false absurd claims in an undignified manner. I am intrigued to see how APC will make Prof the first Ndigbo president of the great Federal Republic of Nigeria and cannot wait for his reign. |
loveth360:Olukunmi says "Hello, is it me you're looking for?" As an Obidient, I don't expect you to think before posting so kwantinu. |
Inspiration2017:You are wrong about the reason the dating app cost her that much. She could have paid £400 for a premium account on the App that you and I can access for free on a standard account She will get a lot more information on others and her account will be restricted as to who can see her. So she could have seen uncle bus driver there and they could help vet the guy, even maybe throw some confidentiality stuff at him, before they make the connection. |
Akungitit:Honestly you nailed it, if Peter Obi mistakenly gets that ADC ticket, and we all know that's not happening, I doubt President Tinubu will bother campaigning sef. |
Danisaint112:Not really, Obidients just want Peter Obi to be President and will abuse and insult anyone that attempts to question his suitability for the role. Nothing sensible or hunger for genuine national progress in that. |
So the Edo state APC fight that chased EK Agbonayima away is now reaching e pa Izẹ Iyamu which is clearly what Ọga Tenebe is directing this at. Allow the man have his Senate seat jẹjẹ. You people should be careful not to push Edo South into another party just because you know you are the only game in town, the jungle drums are already beating regarding that in case you are unaware. |
esnbrutality:Did you mean this very poor response? |
christejames:Must you mention that name? Two politicians on an upward trajectory in their career being discussed and you are mentioning one on a downward trajectory. |
yarimo:Invite one of them to be in disarray, invite both for double-barrelled disarray. I actually understand the concept behind an ADC which is a coalition of opposition, the fact that they chose the most unprincipled individuals to form their coalition is what makes me laugh. Then they invited Peter Obi on top which obviously will bring his Obidients to an already dicey situation, and they expect unity in their party. All of una nor well for dat ADC as una raise opposition hope so. |
Streetinvestor2:How can he "contest with SW president" (sìc) in primaries when they are not in the same party? I was going to ask if you were sober typing this but you hardly make sense with your posts anyway. |
Jayhome24:Remember this is just one Fulani guy, please be mindful of making assumptions about a group of people based on one person saying a load of nonsense. |
Titopeblog:Even this interview she did and confession she made is a bit somehow. She doesn't need the money and should now be getting to a stage where she reduces her visibility on social media. Dangote has three daughters, how many have we ever seen or do we see on social media? She is a DJ, answer DJ related questions, your private life is that, no one needs to know. She really should have left this attention seeking phase now, good luck to her in finding whoever. |
givedemwotowoto:This isn't government, this is NBC, an organisation that is tasked with ensuring broadcasting standards don't drop into the gutter. A journalist can express their own opinion as fact in a personal capacity, as I believe some do here on Nairaland, albeit under the cloak of anonymity. They should not do so in their programmes in a professional capacity. This proclamation by NBC makes sense and is not before time. It is also nothing to do with freedom of speech. Don't lie blatantly and claim freedom of spedch, especially in your professional capacity as a journalist. Some of these journalists don't do their research and come out with easily debinkable codswallop on their programmes which have a wide audience. Sadly by the time it is debunked, it is not done on their widely available platform and some have run with it. |
givedemwotowoto:How can Peter Obí utter these words? Clearly an element of mental instability seeping into his being. |
The headline should be Obidients clash with another set of people again. |
fineboynl:Atiku is only really strong in the North East. |
