The money there is not even up to $10 as if I knew something was going to happen immediately I opened the account I told someone to transfer $10 to the account and let's see if I will be able to withdraw without any problem and if it is successful I will start using that account fully because I wasn't ready to send an amount higher than that and not be able to cash out.

When the person sent the money, he sent $10 and I couldn't withdraw so I sent it back to him to know if I could send from PayPal to PayPal and it was successful he sent it back again and then I resent again and he did the same too and I couldn't still withdraw.

So the amount there is not up to $10

and I don't want to be using that account if withdrawal issue is not sorted out.

Hi everyone. Please I need help concerning my PayPal account.

I opened a Lesotho PayPal account and linked my debit card which later asked me to confirm my card and I confirmed successfully but I still can't withdraw from the PayPal account as it keeps telling me to link a new card or a new bank account. despite the fact that I already have a linked and confirmed card to it.
Once I click on transfer money it takes me to where to link a new card and I already did that before.

Please does anyone know how to fix this issue?
