If the business is worth 100 dollars and you only own just 1 percent of that business which means you own 1 dollar of that business, you are still part owner of that business.
Simple logic and common sense tells you and anyone that, once you own part of such business, if that company should grow from 100 dollars to 200 dollars then your 1 dollar is now worth 2 dollars. This tells you that you and your family have financial interest in such business therefore you do not take govt money in your care and invest it into that business because you have something to gain or lose n that business.
If the business should collapse then you have lost your 1 dollar. The only reason people invest in any businesses is to grow the business with hope of financial reward later. Investing Anambra money into a business in which you have financial interest tantamount to FRAUD, because you are part owner of the business.
You must divest your investment in such business if you are doing it for the sake of Anambra and not for your own gain. Obi knows this but he did not. He also know that a lot of people very gullible about issues like this and that he can easily bamboozled people like you with jergons.

In the US for example, even as lawmaker, if you proposed or vote for any law that promotes certain industry or company, you must make a public declaration of you interest in such industry or business. In most cases you must divest your interest in that business because it is seen as conflict of interest. If not, you can be prosecuted by the SEC for insider trading for buying or selling shares in a business in which you have first hand information and promoting.
Obi invested Anambra money into a business in which he and his family own shares (financial interest) to make more money. That pure and utter FRAUD. No other name for it.
