Geovanni412: Take a look at the picture and tell me if this scenario doesn't look familiar in terms of dollar to euro value. I'm not saying I am an expert at timing the market but what I can say is that the market has collapsed from September in 2002 and in 2008. And 2002 was the last time we saw a dollar to euro 1-1 value. See the article : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock_market_downturn_of_2002 History could repeat itself. That's all I have to say. it won't be on September. Some people are already in wait for that, going by history like you said. It's likely to happen before or after September, when no one expects it. |

Aldol: Won't say much , just go through this 2012 thread, just the first page is enough for you to decide https://www.nairaland.com/870945/what-exactly-peter-obi-doing
Btw did you watch Obi's recent interview on channels? Is that what you call intelligence and confidence
Tinubu is made already, not there to loot Nigeria to dryness the way Buhari did
Please forget this media hogwash about Tinubu.
Make more enquiries quietly by yourself, don't follow the bandwagon effect on streets and social media
Meanwhile go through that thread,it's undiluted No one is made in life. Human beings Even if he doesn't loot the money, his close supporters will do so. How much do you think Buhari stole? Probably one tenth of the stolen funds. The rest was looted by his close allies. We need someone with conscience, no criminal background and no shred of secrecy surrounding him. Tinubu is all that and more. Besides, ain't you tired of APC style of leadership? Or do you think it's all Buhari's fault? If it were, why haven't Tinubu condemned all that has happened and still happening? If you're not paid to do this, then I feel sorry for you. |
Politics › Re: Tee Mac: Tinubu Is My In-Law, He’s 86, Not Fit To Run Nigeria by atinga1: 1:24pm On Jul 28, 2022 |
Realist12: and Obi is the best Y'all can present? Obi isn't half as intelligent and accomplished as Tinubu or his mentees . Tinubu's legacies and policies in Lagos can be pointed to and they are still beneficial to the masses. I think it's time we stopped giving Obi with mediocre projects attention and focus on Atiku who happens to be Tinubu's only contender . We all know they are supporting Obi based on tribalism and not competence because they know how his administration went . IPOB has only successfully rebranded the failure Obi and guess what they are ready for the south to lose the ticket to Atiku rather than Tinubu just as they did at the APC primaries. My brother you're starting to see the reality. On this same thread a lot of your people are denying Tinubu's legacy but are blaming him for Nigeria regular problems. Now let me explain Agbero is under a national union touting tickets for the union ( NURTW) whereas Lagos has provided modern administrative policies to fade them out like the BRT and tolling of roads . Lagos is Nigerians favorite , its a victim of it's own success, hence the population influx into the state, not only agberos, how about the street hawkers ? Are they not defacing the state. Secondly Fashola like other Governors could succeed in Lagos due to the masterplan of the state created by Tinubu all he had to do is execute the plans ,any other party that doesn't work with the blueprints will be a failure. Amidst all the burden of Nigeria on the states with over population Lagos is still progressive while Nigeria isn't to some extent. No one cares if he's more intelligent than Obi. A thief can be brilliant, intelligent and clever, but he's still a thief. Someone shrouded in so much secrecy is who you support? I'd rather settle for average than an intelligent thief. |

The only man who tried to do that, has become politically irrelevant in his hometown today. Words of consolation. I guess the people in Edo, Delta are igbos too. LeoDeKing: So why are 50% of them building and living in other regions of the country? Is it that the east is not conducive for living and business? Whenever I see someone ask this question, I either believe the person is a kid, a bigot or simply clueless. But I'll answer the question anyway. Igbos are mostly business people and every business needs to do business where it is less competitive. In igbo land, 90% of people living there are business men and women. If there are too many sellers, there will be fewer buyers. So, they travel to regions where they are more buyers and fewer sellers. Its common sense, but bigots like you won't see it. Its the same with China and India. They have the highest number of immigrants in developed countries. |
