EmeeNaka: Actually, I think you should remove the Japa idea from your mind now. As for your question, if you want to pursue PGD, don't mention that you have got your Masters in your Statement of Purpose or in any other documents you wish to submit to IRCC. There is no way they will know you have got Masters if you didn't tell them what if she stated MSc on her LinkedIn? They might check her up on LinkedIn... One needs to be careful |

Emmasonic4me: I'm yet to do biometrics and medicals. Also applied with just screenshot evidence of CAQ application. The CAQ approval letter just came and I'm waiting to upload everything after biometrics and medicals next week.
Does this mean eligibility and background checks has started already? yes |

Amenmay: order for your gcms notes too
I was told that GCMS notes are not been ordered by anyhow person, it must be ordered by a Canadian Immigration Lawyer. look for someone in Canada to help you order. |

Good afternoon. I got into a university in Canada and I was given a TA and RA Scholarship of 15,177CAD per year. The tuition per year is 22,100CAD. Would a bank statement of 9million naira from my sponsor be okay to process my visa application? The sponsor is my dad and he has two children only. |

TundeTheHunter: My fellow Nairalanders: Please, help me take a look at my timeline so far and tell me what you think: February 8 - Submitted Normal Study Permit Application February 17 - Received offer to apply through NSE March 5 - Submitted NSE Application March 16 - Completed upfront medicals April 12- Medicals showed as passed on my portal April 19 - Received BVL April 21 - Was asked to submit Police Clearance Certificate April 21 - Submitted Police Clearance Certificate May 5 - Received a 2nd BVL
I feel like my timeline is very weird, what could be the reason for this? Why do I have 2 BVLs? do u want to have EPL? By God grace you would be sent Passport Request Soonest. Remain positive |

oyibo4real: Hmmm! I've been imagining how its gonna be the day I'll receive my PPR and the D-day has finally come, mine came with mixed feelings though, but am ELATED, that's all that matters now
I thank you all for celebrating with me, I don't want to quote you to avoid making the thread unnecessarily long, thank you, thank you, and thank you again. May it continually end in PRAISES for US ALL in JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!!!
Special Thanks to all those that still keep this thread alive, the likes of Lekiboboe, Frankrobin, Justmelow, Awys, and a host others, you guys are the real MVPs, God richly bless you in all your good endeavours, Amen!!!
Submitted on 24th January 2021 Biometrics done on 25th January 2021 Medicals on 1st week of February(cant remember the exact date shaa) Medicals passed on 7th February 2021 Eligibility started on 9th/10th February 2021
Submitted my Son's own on 27th January 2021 There was no need for biometric as he's just 7 years old We did medicals together and he passed his same date with mine.
I guess he was supposed to receive his PPR today too, but they sent a message requesting that I fill a study permit form in place of the visitor's form I submitted earlier. I was also asked to pay an additional fee of $50 to complete the $100 paid initially for visitor's visa.
If I start typing the docs I submitted, this post will be too long and some people might feel intimidated. All in all, just package your application well and leave no stone unturned, every application is unique so I advise you submit according to your situation but ensure to dot all your 'i's and cross your 't's.
MINE HAS ENDED IN PRAISE AND I WISH THE SAME TO ALL THE HOPEFULS IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!!! congratulations.. did u submit IELTS too? |
