Oh now I understand where you're coming from. Your plan makes sense. Did you write an SOP and invitation letter with your visiting visa application? Whatever documents you're adding, also try to address home ties and finance in an explanatory document like an SOP. Put your mind at rest, everything will work out.

If I were in your shoes I won't send any webform for the SOWP. Information as at when you applied was accurate. There's a list of things you should be informing about and visa denial is not on that list.

You might not to add more but you might just need to proof how the ties you have can actually bring him back. Just logically come up with an LOE to prove that.
Also sometimes the VO that access each application are different with different perspective and psychological reasoning. You might still submit the same application and still get approved i mean without changing anything. Try and writing a convincing LOE of things that can bring him back and of course for every point add a document to show proof.

With that said dont worry ur self about travel history its always added as a norm sometimes in cases of refusal. I was also refused study permit at first with that included as one of the three reasons but i tackled the other two and wrote in my LOE reasons why i needed to travel now. From your funding and the Proof of Funds it seems the rejection isnt as a result of finances but mainly as a result of home ties so I will suggest you think about bigger things that your spouse is attached to in Nigeria that is strong reason to bring him/she back. Employment bond, aged parents and probably siblings, more propertises etc.
In the main time since the documents submitted for both applications (Sowp and visit) are the same i think sending in an LOE via email or webform to address that part wont be out of place.
NB: I am not a guru also my spouse Open work permit has not been approved too since July so please wait for the advise of other senior members. It is well.

I used my airbnb hosts number. Also you would need the address of where you would be staying. Also have your $50 for your covid test at the aiport. Ghana is not joking with covid. Nigerian cards work incase you do not want to spend dollars.

I am currently isolating in Ghana. We came in on Monday and so far Ghana has been nice to us. But if u are coming have enough money, Ghana is expensive. We hope to leave on the 22nd to Vancouver. Would keep u guys updated on our journey.

However they are both temporary permit applications and dual intent is when you apply for 2 different classes of applications. they are both same class and you are expected to leave at the end of both of these applications.Finally me sef i did it waiting for a decision i will let you know how it goes when i get it. SOWP is reading 58 weeks to get a decision, i will not spend Christmas away from my spouse and waiting for IRCC to answer that SOWP will amount to that.

Am sure it will go down as rapidly as it went up
Kenya self is 60 weeks
After all they have not been accurate with processing time projection
So nothing to worry about, lets keep praying

whats funny is that the open work permits they are attending to always have an attached application to it. i really have not seen any stand alone PPR yet. and that processing time when i saw it i realised just how rude IRCC is �. i done tiya

Request for GCMS notes. Takes 30days to be received.
I do not think not having a travel history would deny him of getting a visa if he has everything accurate in his documents

Hello all,
I wanted to inquire how we would know if IRCC has uploaded the supporting documents sent to them via webform. We sent the police certificate and proof of home ties via lagos webform one month after submitting out application but did not get any reply if it is now part of our application.
I would really appreciate any help on what to do?
I also had another question regarding how travel history affects chances of approval. My husband (the spouse applying form Nigeria) has never left the country before. Will that count unfavorably for him?
