billydragon: @All dat requested for the study material, sent! Please, can you send the IELTS and TOEFL study materials to my email aborealis80@gmail.com |
majekdom2: sorry , I didn't mean to qoute you but the guy that said he was in the HR .It's ok, you really didn't need to. I very much understand it was a mistake. |
majekdom2: Dont be suprised Dplacement could be a line manager. Who knows if he is babs omotawa.lolsThis guy, you almost had my thought. But what I can sense with my "6th sense" is that he/she is in the recruitment team (from all indications). Probably, one of the Managers. I do hope I'm right. |
LumiNG: Seeing that the quota system has been fully embedded in this recruitment, it makes me wonder what state is the most competitive. I'll say Lagos maybeHow did you arrive at this, pal? |
jaymedd: Da data checking no dey SHLThis is not entirely true. There were sample questions (about 2) plus a guide on the test format but no free practice test. At least, I searched extensively but didn't find any. |
LumiNG: Oh wow...thanks a bunch auroraborealis. Had no idea anyone noticed me up here ![]() People are remembered for the mark they made. And to me, you were one of such persons who made a good impact on this thread before the data loss. Glad you are back. Welcome bro! |
denass16: Well, u'll have to use your common sense for thatAh ah, you guys shouldn't start. Let it stop here please. Too much bickering of late. |
KevinKupr8: Just to chip this in."...writing the test a night before"? How? Didn't get that. |
Where's Lumi_NG? |
See how the smile goes
|
DPlacement: I just thought a call to order was necessary. I knew it was a joke.Tired of laughing. These peeps here, you just lightened up my day. But we first learn to walk before we run. Make we see the thing first. |
yesboss20: Yes sire. We are almost there for a fact. However, it has truly not been by physical might but by His grace.Amen! |
bestestgirl: ^^^ what recent feat?? abeg yarn me tory o, e be like say I dey float for hereIt is the long awaited PTDF OSS MSC AWARD |
DMainMan: As u participate in the Interview this month, may Allah/God guide u aright and make u successful.@DMainMan Congrats on your recent feat. Your good works are indeed paying. |
csimms7: My question for you is this, would you rather have it on your conscience that your actions could have denied someone else the golden opportunity we all seek for? For me, e better say make the oga at the top do the dirt and be answerable to Oluwa himself than to bear it on my conscience. Secondly, what if the oga at the top decides to award it to someone else and doesn't play dirty? Remember there are two sides to a coin. Happy Sunday ya'll. another week of hope. Success to us all. You're so on point my friend. I wish many of us could think and act this way. Happy Sunday to you too. |
drKally: Are we about to have another "Kuwena and Opoks" Episode? Get a grip of yourselves guys.Funny how history repeat itself, ain't it? Truth is, I can see a lot of guys here with anger management issues. I mean, a lot who reacts at every slight provocation. |

DSSHQ: It is obvious that many people are very optimistic about their chances of getting the NDDC scholarship.I wish we all could get it but let us all face the truth about it.NDDC scholarship has got an history.Politics is usually embedded in the selection process.Only GOD can help one out because our politicians are very greedy.Even if they can comfortably afford it,they still include the names of their candidates to discredit the process. The director of educational services is usually helpless on this.So be optimistic that no one removes your name for a 'special' candidate. If you're so sure you will get the award, you can go on with your admission and visa processing.I'm hoping to make the final 200 like you all but I have alternative plans as well so that I don't get disappointed.Sad but true. One guy on another thread termed it "political cleansing and manipulations". <Funny dude>As for the British Universities, I guess I'll tell them to wait till next year. Something brighter is coming ![]() |
spawne: Frankly bro it beats me too. @kollynzo has been sent an invitation and I spoke with a lady in ExxonMobil and she confirmed that invitations have been sent. As for dragnet calling someone to ask whether they will take the Esso test, I don't know why (I was called and asked though). So as it stands, am just going to tell the Imperial College guys I won't continue with the program. Sad ei...You see dear friend. If those guys were truly called by dragnet then from all indications it would be safe to speculate that they scaled through the NAE interview or are being "highly" considered. I believe dragnet would want to do that to ensure that no one person gets both scholarships. <I do hope I am right> |
swiftrobin: I wish I knew. Where are you based?I just sent you a PM. Please respond. |
ikenna58: ^^^^ This is how one tends to reason when one watches so much cartoons!Aha! This is definitely one of them guyz. By their posts they shall be revealed. Hehehehehe |
Guyz wey nor fit look babe face chyke her one-on-one, na dem dey form voltron pass for social media. Goodnight fellaz |
Rolly83: Well i dont think its a company because late last year(Sept),there was an advert for positions in the Technical and Vocational centre in Portharcourt which i applied then and heard noting again from them until yesterday.I wanted to know if anybody from Portharcourt got an invite for a test on the 14th of July.Since September last year! That's really long. Anyway, I suggest you "google find" anything or try and contact them for any further info you need. I haven't heard of such a firm/organisation before. |
bigx: ^^^^See him head. Na because them done already chastise you before ooo. All the same, its good to think you've changed. During my University days too, I made several applications but hit one which was actually the last one I applied for and it's got a little twist to the way it came. Don't get me wrong, I ain't judging you but stating facts the way I play. Truce? |
bigx: I was less privileged when I was in university and I got Total, Shell, NLNG and Mobil scholarships.Na only you waka enter University abi? Hope you know you are a thief? You got Total and went ahead to obtain others after you signed that you are not in receipt of a similar scholarship? Eh? Later una go dey curse our leaders say them corrupt. You were meant to accept just 1, I repeat just 1 award and leave the rest for other qualified "less-priviledged" folks. |
majekdom2: Hehehe , smart savant .. The last should be river bank .OK HERE I GO 1. M for March (3rd Month of the year) 2. The Letter "O" . Dfavouredone: I have just gone thru this thread and see the confusion. I got similar mail as Jodeci tho i applied for GT. I neva knw any insider tho.Success man! Give it your best shot. |
EMMA BC: Some of you in doubt can write Dr. Christy Atako, the ED, Education and health services of NDDC @ christyatako@nddc.gov.ng or christyatako@yahoo.com. If u are lucky u will get a reply.I love the last sentence "if you are lucky you will get a reply". I pray she does and may it not be like PTDF of last year. |
ahonohai: The company I work with gives study leave without pay after five years of employment and career break after ten years of continuous employment.Ouch! It would be really expensive. Not impressive at such. Anyways a goal is a goal and must be achieved with some sacrifices. Thanks for the info Bro. Meet you at the top! |
ahonohai: I've just finished week at Cranfield on the part time MSc..excellent choice of schoolI love cranfield. Really nice choice of school though a bit expensive. I want to ask, does your place of work in Nigeria give career breaks (up to a max of 1 year or so) to enable staff develop academically and professional - by taking short courses or even a masters. Just wondering cuz I kinda like full-time studies compared to part time. |
