Though I am not a fan of Soludo,his sometimes very irritating attitudes and his unguided utterances but my findings shows that Anambra opted out of world bank loans and grants because he feels is not favorable to the state.
i quote guardian newspaper 'Anambra State did not qualify for or participate in the 2026 World Bank performance-based grants, such as those distributed under the HOPE Governance Programme, because the state administration explicitly opted out of World Bank loan and grant arrangements to avoid accumulating debt'.
So let's be clear on unverified accusations,thanks!

'Out of court settlement' is not just the end of the case,your lawyer will still liaise with the defendants lawyer to file for the case to be withdrawn from court,this process also includes the lawyer filing for withdrawai,if there are charges incurred,it will be paid.
However,before doing the above,the lawyer will still be involved in mediation and when he comes to the conclusion that you both have agreed on a commom ground,an agreement will be drafted by both lawyers and signed by the parties involved and wish will serve as the basis for withdrawal of the case.
So in this situation legal fees can be negotiated downwards and amicably,don't forget he is still your lawyer.

APC actually needs Peter Obi to contest to take Ndigbo votes away from Atiku and they need Atiku to contest to have a chance at more northern votes knowing northern politicians are fed up of him blocking their path to Presidency by putting himself forward all the time.

Most of these artefacts were looted in the 1890's. Honestly the Benin kingdom is a case study,they were long developed and had a lot of cultural artefacts which Europeans could only dream off,imagine some time ago,the Netherlands returned over a 100 artefacts,while British government also returned quite a number of artefacts and so many others are still out there.
That's why it baffles me when the Yorubas try to rub shoulders with Benin kingdom. It is obvious Benin gave birth to the Yoruba kingdom and all Yoruba Oba's should at all times pay homage to Oba of Benin. I mean honour should be giving to whom it belongs to.

The First Lady didn’t say you should start selling Akara. She didn’t say a graduate or young active people should start selling Akara. Her message was clear & specific but I guess many of you didn't watch the video..

Her grant & message was for elderly ones without work, people with disabilities without work. The already aged people that are mostly at home but having nothing doing… She told them that the 50-70k grant was for them to get something doing in which, things like Akara, corn selling etc were suggested… How’s that a bad thing?

The people selling Fan Yogo, bottle water, pure water for road, their business reach 50k? So, what’s bad in a First Lady giving a grants to the elderly ones and people with disabilities to start something?

Our First Lady is trying her best. She and her team has dispensed a lot of grants. Feel free to check google to see different grant she’s done..

All of a sudden we just wake up to the fact that Nigerians don't do things in a proper way. Once any of the leading opposition candidate enters a party,it develops problem,it so shameful that Tinubu spends more time in dirty politicking than trying to revive our dying economy.
Obi was in Labour party,it had problem and when he left,they allowed the party to be.
Atiku was in PDP,they killed PDP and made him to leave.They united in ADC,they quickly injected venom to kill the party,with judicial rascality,Obi left and went to NDC,two days after he joined the party,they went to court to continue the judicial rascality and dance of shame.
It is so terrible that we now have evil gangs that care less about Nigeria but selfish interest in position of authority in Nigeria.
Posterity will never be on their side.
