Though I am not a fan of Soludo, his sometimes very irritating attitudes and his unguided utterances but my findings shows that Anambra opted out of world bank loans and grants because he feels is not favorable to the state. i quote guardian newspaper 'Anambra State did not qualify for or participate in the 2026 World Bank performance-based grants, such as those distributed under the HOPE Governance Programme, because the state administration explicitly opted out of World Bank loan and grant arrangements to avoid accumulating debt'. So let's be clear on unverified accusations, thanks! |
'Out of court settlement' is not just the end of the case, your lawyer will still liaise with the defendants lawyer to file for the case to be withdrawn from court, this process also includes the lawyer filing for withdrawai,if there are charges incurred,it will be paid. However, before doing the above, the lawyer will still be involved in mediation and when he comes to the conclusion that you both have agreed on a commom ground,an agreement will be drafted by both lawyers and signed by the parties involved and wish will serve as the basis for withdrawal of the case. So in this situation legal fees can be negotiated downwards and amicably, don't forget he is still your lawyer. |
This dance of shame by the authorities is gradually undermining democracy, you have 32 governors on your side and 80% of the senators and rep members are on your side, allow others to contest against you. My bible tells me 'that they wicked runs even when no one is pursuing them'. This precedence will be copied by whoever assumes presidency and it will be taken to another level and it will be the funeral of Nigerian democracy. So much of NADECO. |
This is crazy, how did we get to this all time low in this nation....APC has brought pain, sorrow, indignity, deceit, criminality of the highest order to a national level.I said it when they started telling us that 'snake swallowed money','plane landed on a highway in Delta and they occupants and owner are unknown',an order was giving for the withdrawal of troops in Borno before they kids where kidnapped and to this moment, nobody knows the higher authority that gave they order. Nigeria under APC is a big circus, they leaders are national clowns, their statements are only good for comic relief. |
tunjijones:Screwed mentality,if you are into snatching electoral boxes, snatch well! |
tunjijones:Dignity in labour as a data boy, tell me something else. |
Audio money promises....anything for politics. |
Another extremist sect about to rise... and islam they say is a religion of peace!!! |
Saturnalia:The last time he won, nobody needed your vote, left for the outright denial and the so called 'IREV glitches',he will still win resoundingly because sane Nigerians are all tired of this calamitous government. With your slave mentality, you may be okay with the little stipends paid to you as a data boy but other people wish to earn a decent legitimate living under an honest leadership. |
Congrats to these wonderful kids, this is the way to go....encouraging the younger generation through rewards for educational excellence. |
Mansa6:Is it by 'snatching and running away with ballot boxes',against the wishes of the generality of the people of Nigeria...we shall see. |
floss:You took the words from my mouth...you are apt and on point,God bless you! |
aswani:To think you are comfortable with the despecable state of things in Nigeria, really gives sane Nigerians cause to worry. To think any reasonable person will cast his vote for Tinubu betrays all moral ethics....well,Nigerians will speak with their votes. |
aswani:As usual you guys will always try to change the narratives but the internet dont lie. You said the 'glory of the Lord',if you know God,you wouldn't have made that statement, our God is not an author of confusion, our God is impartial and can not be bribed or swayed by political gimmicks. The bible says 'when bad leaders are on the throne, they people suffers but when good people are on the throne, the people rejoices'. More than ever before, more and more people are going to vote against the man whom has brought pain and sufferings in their lives. You think the presidency dont know why they are putting efforts on ground to stop Peter Obi or even Atiku to contest against him, they have seen the handwriting on the wall....smell the coffee bro! |
aswani:..but you guys invaded them with your mouth and unwarranted insults to the Oba few months ago, when this issue came up. |
Afterthought and window dressing....an effort in futility! |
Most of these artefacts were looted in the 1890's. Honestly the Benin kingdom is a case study, they were long developed and had a lot of cultural artefacts which Europeans could only dream off, imagine some time ago,the Netherlands returned over a 100 artefacts, while British government also returned quite a number of artefacts and so many others are still out there. That's why it baffles me when the Yorubas try to rub shoulders with Benin kingdom. It is obvious Benin gave birth to the Yoruba kingdom and all Yoruba Oba's should at all times pay homage to Oba of Benin. I mean honour should be giving to whom it belongs to. |
kunyeo:Ok we like it when you guys brag and mock the north,at the appropriate time, you guys will get they message. |
....but the same government was putting an age restriction in getting admission to the university through JAMB! If these lads were affected by the 16years minimum years set by JAMB presently,as a requirement for getting into the university, we wont be celebrating them today. Confused lots! Policy inconsistency is the hallmark of Tinubu's administration. Imagine they are celebrating what they are against! |
PulaPower:Okay was that what she meant? I just googled as you advised,I see she has actually distributed new cars to APC women leader. Ha she tried ooo it's not easy....'Olodo rising' |
Of course what do you expect from an army that admits so called repentant bandits and boko haram members as recruits....treachery and betrayal will be the order of the day. |
One thing I'm happy about is that, these set of governors in southeast are doing relatively well....the quest for education and more education in the south east is remarkable. This the way to go. |
Flangelo12:All of a sudden we just wake up to the fact that Nigerians don't do things in a proper way. Tinubu and his goons may not know the harm they are causing our democracy,be less assured that anybody whom takes over from him may continue in this shameful trajectory and that's the end of democracy in Nigeria. Once any of the leading opposition candidate enters a party,it develops problem,it so shameful that Tinubu spends more time in dirty politicking than trying to revive our dying economy. Obi was in Labour party,it had problem and when he left, they allowed the party to be. Atiku was in PDP,they killed PDP and made him to leave. They united in ADC,they quickly injected venom to kill the party, with judicial rascality,Obi left and went to NDC,two days after he joined the party, they went to court to continue the judicial rascality and dance of shame. It is so terrible that we now have evil gangs that care less about Nigeria but selfish interest in position of authority in Nigeria. Posterity will never be on their side. |
FSBoperator:Dey they whine yourself, the same hausas that have been ravaged by insecurity because of the failure of Tinubu's government to stand firm and nip it in the bud.He would rather be politically correct than do the right thing. Is it the same Hausas whom are ravaged by poverty of the worst order because of the terrible economic policies of Tinubu, with the highest child mortality rate in the world, highest number of out of school children in the world and you think they will keep re-enforcing failure by voting Tinubu,You must think Hausa's are dumb, you are a big joke. You people just sit in Lagos with your computers as data boys and think other Nigerians are dumb and stupid, travel and see the level of disaffection with this calamitous government all over Nigeria. In a free and fair elections,Peter Obi will beat Tinubu before 12pm on the election day,go and verify. |
LordIsaac:You are the one whom is even more delusional in every sense of it....you are quick to forget that the Northern that made him president,is no longer available for him,so they earlier he begins to get reasonable votes from southern regions the better for him. The earlier you know that the north has rejected him the better. |
Kindledlight:Bros forget Atiku, the same Atiku,Tinubu beat hands down in his northern enclave in the last elections and more so,it is not the turn of the north, take it or live it,it will certainly count against Atiku. |
WhiteIverson:You are apt and on point!...this is same reason they weaponized poverty to their own advantage,so they can share cups of rice, pastas and salt during elections and buy they votes of these vulnerable Nigerians....at a time when she was distributing new cars to APC women leaders and asking they 1st Ladies of various APC states to do same to APC women party leaders. This is done without minding the high cost of new cars but ordinary Nigerians should be empowered with beans and oil and probably a frying pan,so they make Akara for a living. Las las we go get sense for this country. |
Oh Nigeria just realized that they are boko haram members and nobody in our security circle knew when they went for the hajj....Nigeria I hail thee! |
It's so shameful that 32 governors are on the side of Mr President, with 70 to 80 percent of the senators and house of reps members on his side, plus incumbency factor, yet Mr president is so scared of the opposition especially Peter Obi. Oga contest the election and test your popularity and I can assure you that Peter Obi in a free and fair elections will coast home with victory before 12pm on the election day. They are no match at all. I guess Tiunubu political advisers have since told him not to attempt to contest against Peter Obi because the disgrace will be too much for him to bear and this is the reason they are coming up with all sorts of childish gimmicks, its a big shame,a so called NADECO member is hellbent on destroying democracy...time shall tell! |
