I think this is very reasonable,it is close to what is obtainable in my local meeting which gives everyone sense of belonging.
During the election for the president,the candidate with the highest vote becomes the president while the second highest automatically becomes they vice, we do not allow they president to choose his vice,our votes determine who becomes the vice,so also with other positions and this has worked for us....I think the concept MMP is worth giving a trial!

You know what's going on.

Two days ago, Nigerian military personnel in Osun state attacked university students, robbed and then injured several of them. They also vandalized university property and sexually assaulted female students.

And some degenerates were supporting these vandals and making excuses for them. Unbelievable.

Nigerians will learn.

All these gimmicks by APC,all in an effort to win Osun gubernatorial election...we know the modus operandi,first intimidate,snatch the peoples mandate and runaway with it. This the solemn advice of their leader in Aso Rock.

When a nation is administered by gangsters,mafia and other clandestine groups,this is the result....watch how this will be swept under the carpet like the case of the order given 'from above' for soldiers to vacate their security post before they kebbi students were kidnapped.

'Out of court settlement' is not just the end of the case,your lawyer will still liaise with the defendants lawyer to file for the case to be withdrawn from court,this process also includes the lawyer filing for withdrawai,if there are charges incurred,it will be paid.
However,before doing the above,the lawyer will still be involved in mediation and when he comes to the conclusion that you both have agreed on a commom ground,an agreement will be drafted by both lawyers and signed by the parties involved and wish will serve as the basis for withdrawal of the case.

I expected that when a government is criticized, the government and their supporters come forward with explanations and plans on how to make amends and build the country through transparency so that everyone will stop asking questions.

But rather, their response to criticism is launching tribal attacks, verbal and online wars on people that are asking questions... If you feel attacked by a mere question seeking explanation then you're deliberate in your incompetency in governance

Maybe I should reiterate that the members of this political class, all of them, are a waste of space so your APC label of me is dead on arrival.

APC actually needs Peter Obi to contest to take Ndigbo votes away from Atiku and they need Atiku to contest to have a chance at more northern votes knowing northern politicians are fed up of him blocking their path to Presidency by putting himself forward all the time.

Why all this is on a thread about Benin artefacts bring returned, I am not sure.

Most of these artefacts were looted in the 1890's. Honestly the Benin kingdom is a case study,they were long developed and had a lot of cultural artefacts which Europeans could only dream off,imagine some time ago,the Netherlands returned over a 100 artefacts,while British government also returned quite a number of artefacts and so many others are still out there.
That's why it baffles me when the Yorubas try to rub shoulders with Benin kingdom. It is obvious Benin gave birth to the Yoruba kingdom and all Yoruba Oba's should at all times pay homage to Oba of Benin. I mean honour should be giving to whom it belongs to.
