Very simple. Just use a vpn, there are lots of free vpn apps on the play store. Snap vpn works well. Then open spotify, sign in or register and start streaming

I use Spotify a lot. I have unlimited data plan so no problem for me. Google play music requires subscription before u can listen to their music, but Spotify allows free access without subscription, though with some limited functions like occasional ads and inability to download songs for offline
