Secondly, the land in question is not lying fallow, it is being cultivated by the peasant farmer. That's why they are not even ready to sell it. I can bet it, they are making more than N100,000 annually from the same one hectare he is trying to buy with peanut. It is a land suitable for sugarcane plantation in the desert and being used to support many households, not some just land anywhere else.

It not about causing cancer or not causing cancer, the emphasis is on the arrangement between the company and the farmers.
Species are usually supplied by the company and also have staff like extension officers who will be monitoring and assisting the partnering farmers.

The President General of the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar, has called on Muslims to fight any body or group that attempts to stop them from performing their religious obligations.
This is as he cautioned Muslims in the country against forcefully converting people into Islam.

“But if I am allowed to pursue my religious obligations, say my prayers and pay my zakat and so many other things, I have no problem with anybody. To you, your religion and to me, my religion.”

Why are we looking down on ourselves in this thread concerning the help that the President offers Germany? Only few countries have managed to suppress domestic terrorism in the world and Nigeria has shown the world in the last one year how to do it. Offering assistance to Germany is not out of place in this case because it is not about weapons or resources, it is about experience. As far as fighting domestic terrorism is concerned in the world today, Nigeria is far ahead of Germany and France. We achieved a lots. Gone are the days when when Nigeria soldiers were being chased by terrorists. We are gradually killing corruption which means we're killing inefficiency and the ills of our society.
But if tomorrow, Germany or any other country suffering from domestic terrorism enlists the help of Nigeria, won't you guys bite the dust?
