One thing i like about him is that he is a northerner with one wife and countable children. men with big polygamous families are a liability when they enter government. They are forced to steal for 40-100mouths rather than say 6. Please in future be wise and look at family arrangements before you choose a candidate. A man that can maintain a nuclear family, and manage a decent home commands more respect than one with so many children that he cannot remember their names. I think the incidence form should never be used except for people who have no fingers at all or handicap which should glaring to all. Using the form is just a way to rigging. The point is if by any means this form is allowed then the card reader becomes useless. Observance of rules and regulations concerning the elections must be followed either in the north or south. We were made to understand that finger prints is unique to an individual. Why thumb printing in the first instance if allowance is to be made later on. The only physical element in the process of election is thumb printing. The rest are paper work which in the present technology can be manipulated. If you remove the physical element then good bye to free and fair election. There are farmers and women wearing all sort of things on their fingers both in the north or south. Get your fingers cleaned for elections period. No incidence form for any region.

Do not be misinformed by that article, the card readers won't become useless. Ask anybody that can tell you how it works, you will realise that where the problem lies is that when card reader has issue reading the bearer's fingerprint to make sure that the card belongs to him. Remember that the card has your pic as well. But the cards readers have no problem whatsoever differentiating fake from genuine PVC. So, because of that, pdp postponement of election or cancellation of its use. I'm not surprised at all, they wanted us to use temporary card at one point. Forgetting their advocacy of using technology to fight corruption.

That's it, frustration is always written on their faces. They simply don't want election. Card reader as I understand works in two steps: first, it would tell if the card is real or fake. Second, it would try to determine if the fingerprint on it belongs to the bearer and that's where the issue of Incidence form comes in. Now tell me, if the reader performs the first step effectively and records 60 percent success rate for second step, is that not enough to use it? Remember, there is little we can do about the second issue even if the election is postponed till 2019. I care much more about the first step than the second step. With cards readers, no way for PDP cloned cards.

I think you should read the report again. It clearly states that INEC is introducing incidence form for those whose cards cant be parsed or finger prints not recognized. It means incidence forms can be used to accept fakes and clones. This is not about party, this is about not getting free and fair election. With Incidence Form, we are back to square one.

So, if we now jettison the use of card reader completely, how will that prevent the use of cloned cards? They still want the magic of 2011 presidential election, 98% voters turnout.

The two are different. You can't vote with cloned cards. And that's PDP headache.

Smart card reader use is a must. The card reader will verify whether your card is real or cloned. The form is for those whose fingerprints cannot be read by scanner. The point still remains that smart card will have to authenticate your card. PDP has cloned cards nationwide, forget about the DSS noise concerning their raiding of APC party secretariat in Lagos.

I asked because someone recently recommend the Kitbean in an online I was part of.

As for screenshot it works perfectly, only that it is a bit different from that of the stock ROM. In stock ROM you press and hold the POWER BUTTON then VOLUME DOWN, but in the Untouched JellyBean ROM you have to press and hold both the POWER BUTTON and the VOLUME DOWN at once.
