Good you have reduced or stopped beer.
Beer is not good for your kidneys. It is also high in purines which cause high uric acid and gout. Also elevated urea in the blood.
Yogurt is good, but as usual, taken in excess is another matter. I hear it is good for your kidneys as it gives the opposite effects of beer. Also good for metabolism.
I dont even know if the Hollander one is natural or heavily sweetened. If it also contains saturated fat.
Anyway, the best thing you can do for yourself is have the habit of drinking water rather. Have packs of bottle water at home. As for me, I even keep a pack in my booth. I drink minimum of 6 bottles daily. Just try it.
I assure you, after 1 month, you will thank me. Even you skin texture and color will change.
Also op. Reduce your meat intake. Take more of fish and chicken.

Wow thanks. I was thinking the same, unfortunately it doesn’t have a catalyst. People have suggested I get the China one that is serves the purpose. And also I have only been able to see the new O2 sensor at oyingbo.

The ones I saw yesterday(Honda brand) in the market are sold for just 1k and I know it's not original so I didn't buy.

I need to service my car ASAP!

The first picture below is where the EVAP Purge valve is...it is the thing connected to the red hose.. Yours might not be a red hose tho...sha get the point


The 2nd picture shows where the red hose connects to the engine.. You can either choose to block off the hose at this engine point, or like I did, remove the red hose from that valve, chook nylon inside to sufficiently block it, and then reconnect it to the valve for appearance purposes


My own accord has a 3.2litre Acura engine and gearbox tho. But the location of the purge valve is similar to that of the normal eod v6 engine.. In any case, the valve has a label on it, so it shouldn't be hard for you to find

OP is blaming mechanics he found under a tree in an empty plot of land.

Somewhere in Enugu metropolis, there are seasoned workshops (known to be expensive) who can do the job and are better equipped to solve OP's problem.

However, OP would rather patronize quacks and turn around to blame a whole town (Enugu) for not having mechanics.

Chukel, mejai and other nairalanders who live in Enugu must be servicing their cars in Abuja and Port Harcourt when their vehicles develop fault.

I have seen mechanics use Visco 2000 engine oil in AT transmission. That engine oil just has a red dye but it is engine oil, same as the total.

Coming to the real question, both the ATF and engine oil are not for steering pump. There is a power steering fluid/oil.

ATF is hydraulic oil meant for heat resistance and enhancing friction while having detergents
PS oil is hydraulic oil meant for heat resistance and reducing friction
Engine oil is meant for heat resistance, reducing friction, having detergents and many additives

However, based on my research, using viscosity as major difference in the oils, I found out that ATF has very low viscosity compared to PS oil. Engine oil (20w50) has higher viscosity than PS oil. Also the lower viscosity of ATF to PS oil will cause heat build up which is bad for PS pump. Viscosity of 20w50 is higher than PS but will reduce over heating but inefficient.

My opinion is that, in the absence of PS oil, use oil engine oil with a lighter viscosity than 20w50, such as 5w30, 5w20.

The reason why most people adopt ATF is that every Automatic transmission basically has an oil pump that is basically doing the same kind of work like the PS pump. Since the operation is similar, the oil is similar. But we have very very bad ATF oils in the market that will just kill your pump. You are safer with a thicker oil than a lighter one.

Go to a shop where they sell car parts and oils, as for power steering fluid or ATF for your power steering whichever one they give you is better than using an engine oil!

Power steering pump oil is different from engine oil, you have been using engine oil in your power steering. All the oil you mentioned above are for the motor engine not the power steering pump!
You are going to destroy the new pump with the oil you just used.

What you should be using is power steering oil or ATF.

Run from those mechanics as fast as you can, what they are pouring into steering pump is engine oil which will damage it.

The right oil is ATF.

hmmm 3 to 4 days is too soon to get finished except you drive alot, get a professional to check out your cooling system for leaks, then use 50% coolant and 50% distilled water not tap water, the boiling point of tap water is 100deg, and distilled water up to 200 degree which is more than the operating temperature of a car especially when you use an engine thermostat to regulate engine temperature often,buy coolant from a reputable outlet like total to avoid buying water and color as coolant

Should I confront this girl or I just delete her matter.

I went to one bar to drink is been a long time i was there last. And i saw this new girl working there. We both had eye contact. And I noticed she was just stirring at me. I caught her eyes several times.

She was the one I called to serve me. The other old girl there knows me as I used to come there before she was the one thar use to serve me.

I noticed her behavior when she saw I called the other girl to serve me. She starts m talking to me and then ask me to do easter for her. Maybe just to let the other new girl knows that she knows me.

When i was about go, i ask her name and number and she didn’t even hesitate to give it to me probably because she saw the way everyone knows me there. The truth is I like the girl shape and big ass. And her hight as well. I was surprised when she ask me for one bottle when I was about to pay. Maybe because she say that other girl asking me to do easter for her i really don’t know, but I know it was not cool. I just added that to the bill.

We have been talking on phone and surprisingly that day i came there was her first day at work and she flows well. The problem now is she always ask for something to eat every time we talk. This is really bad manners. It make me fees she is just looking for who will be taking care of her. She said she live with her sister who is married.

I don’t just know if to leave this girl alone or confront her about it. Another mind is just telling me to try to nack her and move on.

Is this not ashawo behavior?
