The interest on the loan is 13.5% each month as stated and I will show you how your monthly installment was computed

For 6 months it will come to a total of N38,500 x 13.5% x 6months = 31,185

Total principal (38,500) + Total interest (31,185) = 69,685

Monthly installment =69,685 divided by 6 = N11,614



For your information there is no bank, loan app or money lender in Nigeria that will give you such a risky loan then charge you interest of just 13.5% for 6 months!

Can you yourself tie down N38,500 for 6 months for interest of just 13.5% which equates to just N5,197.50 when you know fully well that inflation rate in Nigeria is above 15%?
