megareal: What I really want to deal with will move more in Abuja or so I think. Unless you can locate n area of need where you are, then we take it from there
I need data extraction from the websites above in the format below;
Business Name Address and Post Code as shown below
Simco Management (Calgary) Inc 2478 91 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2C 5H3 587-774-0809
When you are done with the extraction, you go through the the link, No 2 to ensure all that Business names not captured from web link No. 1 are extracted from links No. 2.
I will ONLY pay for job completion when I confirm that the job is done in detail without errors. If you have trust issues, please don't bother about the job. As I can not work with extraction with errors since they are contact details extraction, you MUST go through the extraction to ensure they are error-free as a single error will make me loose confidence in you.
Regards
Note: I'm a Nigerian and usually offer these kind of jobs on Freelancer. Decided to bring some of my jobs to Nairaland for serious freelancers ONLY.
princesa: From my experience I'd say it's a dicey situation. SEO experts encourage that your domain name should relate to your domain niche as part of a long term SEO effort and branding.
However, once time goes by and search engine have come to understand that your domain name is associated with a particular niche, it then would not matter what name it is as far as all the contents on it are useful and related to health and wellness.
Same goes for return visitors. The name will be etched on their mind so long as they get useful contents whenever they visit your site.
So, for you to pull that string effecrively, that is using unrelated domain name for a niche, you need to concentrate on a particular niche and don't get carried away by the temptation to diversify.
princesa: Not really. The main way to target is through content. If the contents relates to their search queries then nothing stops google from serving it to them, especially is it's of high value...
Another way is through the geo targeting via search console. You can decide where you want your website targeted at through that option.
Thank you so much. I guess your answer will be the same for my second question. site name and the niche. like a site name shortnaija.com, can I take health and wellness as a niche. Just confuse because the name doesn't relate to the niche. Thank you.
Shugargal: I will have to go search for that goal to watch.. that goal must be spectacular since the GOAT has chosen it to be so. Respect to you greatest... the rest na Aturu.. hahahaha
IAmApostle1: Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi has stated that the goal he scored against Albacete is his favourite goal in his career. Messi scored the goal from an assist done by Ronaldinho at the Camp Nou in 2005. Since then he has gone ahead to be crowned five times Ballon D’or winner.
“The first against Albacete from the pass of Ronnie [Ronaldinho], I will never forget, it’s my favourite,” Messi told Mundo Deportivo on Wednesday. “The goals of the Clasicos are always special and against hard opponents that are usually Atletico Madrid, Valencia and Sevilla. Also those that I have had the luck to score in front of our fans. In Camp Nou they are always nice.
“In the end, the most important goals are not the most spectacular, but those that serve us as a team to win.”

I started freelancing since 2013 back in the days of elance.com . I didn't make a single dollar until after 4 months of trying different methods on Elance , like they say the hardest part is getting your first deal once you do everything else works.
I have made as high as $4000 from a single client and as low as $5 from other clients. I don't believe there is anything called Nigerian or foreign Account , I use my real name. I don't for once feel my country of birth has impacted on my earnings. I believe I am good at what I do and that will always earn me good money. Once you give out value, value will always come to you. I can confidently say I have made thousands of dollars from freelancing. Please I am not here to prove anything cos I won't share my account details neither will I share my Upwork account. I am here for knowledge sharing.
So let's go straight to the point. There is nothing I will explain here that you wouldn't have already read on one of the posts here. But somehow you still have lots of questions running through your mind. You can't seems to figure your head on how to get things done. How to send a killer proposal , how to create an amazing profile that will get approved. You are the reason why I created this tread. Sit back relax and let's enjoy the ride
