For any 24V system, an AGM battery irrespective of the amp hour, at 25.9V your battery (if it's on a load and not connected to any charging source) is doing well above 98% *this is me trying to be modest*.
It is actually at 100%, if it is at 25.9V, and if it is not being charged at that point in time, so relax.

Nonetheless, work towards buying and hooking up your batteries with quality solar panels (I do recommend you oversize your PV array around 20-30% extra, so long its voltage is adequately below the maximum Voc of your charger) to keep your battery bank often in good shape, for a longer life.

So, do not fret, just enjoy your set up.
You are on a right path.

Finally did the test today with "CLAMP METER DT3266F"
Surge: 16.64amp * 230v = 3,827.2w
Continues draw: 8.2amp * 230 = 1,886w

The reduction in consumption is as a result of stronger/better wire used (2.5mm² Comester)

Below is the initial test done in Q1 of this year.
Max Surge = 19amp * 230v = 4,370w
Continues draw = 11amp * 230v = 2,530w

This is a bit confusing for me.

Electric wires have a resistance per foot; the smaller the wire, the greater the resistance. When an electric current flows through a wire with less resistance, the greater the current flow in proportion to the voltage, according to Ohm's law.

The larger diameter of the bigger wire should offer more area for electrons to move through the circuit easier than smaller wires, hence greater current.

In view of the above, is your increase in wire size to a larger 2.5mm², not supposed to result to an increase in current flow?
Rather, yours decreased by 2.8amps (i.e from 11amp to 8.2amp on normal draw).

Just my thoughts though.

You've just hit the nail on the head @ Fegeitok. With a reasonable PV oversizing you are covered, so long as you remain under your charger's max Voc.
Also, a larger battery bank helps make up for bad weather. Some people even maintain two separate arrays and banks, and just switch between them at different times of the day.
Decently oversized PV arrays alongside a good MPPT charger, require minimal daylight (not even 🌞 sunlight), to go from bulk to floating, even with some loads on a rainy day.
In summary, your PV and battery capacities can keep you "dry" even on a rainy day.

Agreed, the disadvantages of a wall-mounted or vertical solar array outnumber the advantages. However, it’s used in cases where you have no better options in terms of mounting space on or around a building, yet the client needs to have renewable energy in the building.
These type of setups can still generate 100 percentage of required energy if intelligent and calculated pv oversizing is done.
So please calm down a bit.

1. We can't be more intelligent than the constituted group of professionals (both in finance and electrical/solar engineering) who carried out the justifications and approval for this investment.

2. For sterling, probably the free daytime energy required for operations, with less than 'expected' storage cost, is mainly the target here; a way of energy cost reduction long term.

3. You will be amazed by the actual, low ex-factory cost for those panels, direct from the manufacturers. This is not Alaba market hustlers' arrangement.

4. Proper mid-term and long term cost benefit analysis of this project most have been done.

So kindly look beyond the assumption of it being just a marketing strategy, bragging rights, and all the < 45 degrees, 90 degrees, horizontal, economics prisms, inclination, et al jargons.
