Sepp360: To be sincere; none of my friends has ever done anything remarkable or worth remembering.

Though, the reverse is always the case. I've lost a fortune for a friend, almost lost my life few weeks ago because of a friend.

I'm a best friend of many, but i don't think i have one.
Thank you dear. U just spoke my mind. They have brought only pains, regret and sorrow that would last a life time.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Lagos State Verbatim Reporting Recruitment Hopefuls 2014 by avuekwe(f): 11:43am On Sep 30, 2014
sleeksavbvy: so many unanswered questions for us that went for the registration today. we were given a form to fill. they checked our print out and id card. the questions started-the lady said the trainging is going take 20 months or more. we are to get a medical report/certificate from lUTH showing our Hiv, HBC, and HBB status. the lady didnt answer our many questions. she said on wednesday when the whole trainees will be present, they will answer all our questions. well, wednesday next week will be a day of decision becox for now we the trainees dont know what is in for us in the next 2 years or more. will it still level 8 after 2 years? how much will they pay? will the programme be sustained considering there would soon be a change of government. anyway, for those that have nt done their registration please do and wait till next week wednesday to get the full gists about the training before you decide whether to resign from ur current job. this tainin is filled with uncertainties that will hopefully be made clear next week wednesday. IT IS WELL. lets have hope that we will be favoured insha Allah.
My dear, this is my greatest fear. Having to resign only to find out that this whole exercise was a fruitless venture. Jehovah, please do not let it be so.

Tymax: I was nice and chivalrous like this once but ladies took advantage of my sincerity. Now, I deal with them logically. A lady cannot expect me to do things for her that she would do (or have done) for me.

Balance is my watchword.
Same with me. The same way you measure out to me will I measure out to you. No more sacrifices.

FamilyRe: Would You Marry a Spouse like your Father or Mother? by avuekwe(f): 10:55am On Sep 12, 2014
[quote author=YourHealthlabs]Many Nigerian men are highly proctective of their daughters which is natural. It makes their daughters feel very much 'in bondage'.
I believe that's why many ladies here do not really fancy marrying someone with their dad's character. They wanna be 'free'.[/quote

that is a big lie, which Nigerian men are overprotective? Most of them leave the upbringing to their wives. When the child turns out good, it becomes theirs. But when the child turns out bad , it becomes their mothers. So where are they doing the protection Ni? Shebi for work 24/7. Hmmm, its because our mothers suffered in silence. I am sure that if our mothers were married in this era, marriages would have gone off the rocks
