Abeg , my own is , who is that guy that played the role of ' prince Aderopo? That guy is so so sexy. Abeg, make una drop his number if u get cos even though he was evil , he acted his part so well. And this should be his first nollywood act, I think. I couldn't help but fall in love with him from the screen. ![]() |
Sepp360: To be sincere; none of my friends has ever done anything remarkable or worth remembering.Thank you dear. U just spoke my mind. They have brought only pains, regret and sorrow that would last a life time. |
sleeksavbvy: so many unanswered questions for us that went for the registration today. we were given a form to fill. they checked our print out and id card. the questions started-the lady said the trainging is going take 20 months or more. we are to get a medical report/certificate from lUTH showing our Hiv, HBC, and HBB status. the lady didnt answer our many questions. she said on wednesday when the whole trainees will be present, they will answer all our questions. well, wednesday next week will be a day of decision becox for now we the trainees dont know what is in for us in the next 2 years or more. will it still level 8 after 2 years? how much will they pay? will the programme be sustained considering there would soon be a change of government. anyway, for those that have nt done their registration please do and wait till next week wednesday to get the full gists about the training before you decide whether to resign from ur current job. this tainin is filled with uncertainties that will hopefully be made clear next week wednesday. IT IS WELL. lets have hope that we will be favoured insha Allah. My dear, this is my greatest fear. Having to resign only to find out that this whole exercise was a fruitless venture. Jehovah, please do not let it be so. |
senoritadupsie: I guess you didn't read the mail sent to you 'cos I'm surprised you are asking how long the duration will be.The mail only started that the training will commence first with Candidate registration (3oth sept- 3rd Oct) and that training will begin on the 6th of Oct. Is there any mention of the duration of the training on your own mail? Let us know. |
I got the success mail too. My question is how long is the training? Will we be paid during the training? After training, then what next? Someone with the answers should respond o |

justi4jesu: $10 million will do, make the boy no go school againNot in every case. Some disappointment is a warning in disguise, proceed at your own risk ![]() |
nikkypearl: Am sorry bou' whatever u are going through now my dear! Thanks dear, I will have an honest heart to heart talk with her. |
@Nikkypearl, thanks for the post. It came at the right time. Please I would like to ask you this question, sometimes I get sad and my mum can't stop worrying. I try to hide the pain but she knows me better than I do. What do I do to stop her from worrying so much at the same time letting her know that it's okay for me to grieve . |
Okeikpu: MGBORIE, MGBAFO, MGBEKE, MGBANKWO......DS ARE ONE OF THE BEST IGBO NAME...EVER.... TWO OF MY FUTURE DAUGHTERS WILL BEAR DS NAMES -,-)Mgbokwo, btw are you from arochukwu? Those names are common in arochukwu. My favorites are: Ngwanma- that's my sisters name Ejighiato- that's my aunty's name Avuekwe- that's my name Orieji- my aunt bears it Ivu- another aunt bears that. Any aro person in the house can supply the meaning |
It's so true, most of it by the way. I experienced some and will still experience some more. If you present a different view, they look at you like you're nuts. |
Tymax: I was nice and chivalrous like this once but ladies took advantage of my sincerity. Now, I deal with them logically. A lady cannot expect me to do things for her that she would do (or have done) for me.Same with me. The same way you measure out to me will I measure out to you. No more sacrifices. |
I wish I saw this earlier...!hmmmm. Quite deep and thought provoking. I'll be right back to answer them. |
Exactly |
valdes00: Han an.... N u r sure m lik dat abi...Please don't be like that so that we can have hope that their are still a few good men out there. |

I checked the list, stopped 8, 16 and 21. The rest don't apply to me. Work in progress |
[quote author=YourHealthlabs]Many Nigerian men are highly proctective of their daughters which is natural. It makes their daughters feel very much 'in bondage'. I believe that's why many ladies here do not really fancy marrying someone with their dad's character. They wanna be 'free'.[/quote that is a big lie, which Nigerian men are overprotective? Most of them leave the upbringing to their wives. When the child turns out good, it becomes theirs. But when the child turns out bad , it becomes their mothers. So where are they doing the protection Ni? Shebi for work 24/7. Hmmm, its because our mothers suffered in silence. I am sure that if our mothers were married in this era, marriages would have gone off the rocks |
Congrats OP, for he truly loves you, he knows your worth and what better way to show it , i pray.that God blessed you both abundantly. Enjoy and remember to pray for other women so that God will provide for them just as he has provided for u. Congrats girl, Na ur time to shine like a diamond. |
Ogba peeps plenty here. My own is, the two lovers who cant bear not to sit together, most times u see them at the back playing romantically with each other. Na u go comot your eye ni. the young university or secondary school leavers most especially girls gisting about their care free life. U cant help but eavesdrop on their conversation and wonder where all the young carefree days went. Sometimes, i wish i could be young again and without a care in d world . |
Peace of mind, not to worry about what tomorrow will be but being assured that the present circumstances is working out for my glory. |
Well, i would name her Aurora or Winona but for a boy, it would be Jeremy, i love the short. Form ' jer' |
It was because of points 4,5,7-12 that i saw.in my fiance then that made me see clearly that the.bobo is gone and that is d worst kind.of cheating. He even.started.silent.treatment blaming it on me and.emotional imbalance. Ladies , please watch out, that girl may be your replacement of u start.seeing all these.signs. |
Lmao at the guy with tape rule measuring the length of that lady's swimsuit. See peeping tinz. The lady who put her 4 kids for sale-she couldn't bear the shame. It's not easy at all. Imagine the confusion on that day sweden introduced right hand driving. OP thanks for the pictures |
Please I need the contacts of those guys ![]() |
Mine is all with the exception of no 1,2 and 3. I overthink to the point that what I think about becomes a reality. |
I used to sing - love me, love me by Tiwa savage to him, song makes him go gaga, i thought i would sing ' all of me' by John legend to him come our wedding day. Little did i know the bobo has already being singing ' it must have been love' by roxette. Now, i dey sing, first cut is the deepest. |
oseiwe: Where your house dey? First girl that doesn't want a ring.once bitten, twice shy. I learnt the hard way. |
sisipelebe: av u gotten any ring before? gist us na.i was lord of the RING for a year and 7 months in a 6 years + relationship. U can.now understand why i said i don't want any again. I wish i had visited nairaland earlier, i wouldn't have gotten so deep into the mess called.long courtship. So I've learnt my lesson in a painful way. But i have to move forward now. |
How about when a village in a particular state discriminates against another village in the same state? Btw they speak same language but with different dialect. How do u classify that one? Is it a case of minority being racist? (na question i dey ask o abeg) |
