FamilyRe: Who Are The Better Parents--men Or Women? by avuekwe(f): 4:47pm On Dec 08, 2014
Women by nature are; just a few who aren't . Most men cant be bothered with child rearing. That's why when a child turns bad, it becomes the mothers' but when the child turns out well, it becomes the fathers' not minding the fact that the father could be an 'absentee or visiting' father.

Lol. Iv long knwn abt this temp ish...

Bf's a Phleg-chlor.. While Im drawn to him because he's gentle, and softspoken, the Phleg in him makes him nonchalant when it comes to things that are important to me. His choleric nature causes him to take decisions concerning us without asking my opinion; though when I have a problem he's quick to help, he usually keeps his problems frm me. Lol.
When we argue-which he avoids carefully- he's veeerry quick to apologize unfortunately, he'll go ahead and do the same thing again!! Its crazy!
Lol. I love every bit of him though.
Im a Mel-chlor, but you can hardly tell cos Iv worked hard on my weaknesses. Still a work in progress sha.
Ur bf resembles someone from my past life.

RomanceRe: How To Hook An Igbo Man For Marriage by avuekwe(f): 6:22pm On Dec 02, 2014
[quote author=tonychristopher post=28534287]I doubt, beside that every animal is territorial, when isrealites where told not to marry outside, are they tribalistic? It is just a cultural norm, igbos are not anything goes, we still marry outside but we marry our neighbors.... we just dont go that far to marry maybe so far

We marry those of like minds, thos that value cultural ethos, we cant marry far, but why trying to marry igbo guys if you are from another tribe why dont they concentrate on their men ,, while we concentrate on our women

igbos marry outside but just about 1 - 5 % of the population...we value our culture and will not love it adulturated.

Please, it's an insult to compare the Israelites with igbos in this instance. They were told not to marry from other nations not tribes in order to protect their spiritual lineage not cultural lineage, moreover, the isrealites were free to marry proselytes e.g Moses married zippo rah, a non isrealite. Ruth and rehab were non isrealite women. So your example is moot.

yes,

just those that marry outside are very few just 1% of our population, I tell you as a fact ...wee igbos dont lovve mixing our genes, unless the girl comes from a very very responsible home with a good name ...do your research. We igbos have traditional places we marry these are

Delta - ISOKO
EKIKS AND IBIOBIO, we have been intermarrying for centuries
then we marry ogoja and okirika part of

IGBOS MARRY EACH OTHER MOST ESPECIALLY, EVERY PURE IGBO GIRL WILL LOVE TO MARRY AN IGBO DUDE,BUT WHEN AVAILABLE IS NOT AROUND, SHE CAN MANAGE ANY OTHER TRIBES GRUDGINGLY. From delta igbo to anambra igbo to rivers igbo to enugu igbo we are okay marrying ourselves

Why mixing up the blood...?
The reasons you stated are not entirely true. Igbos are naturally tribalistic and feel that they are better off than other tribes in Nigeria. That's the same thing you find btw anambra man and an IMO person. We it so are so so tribalistic down to our LGAs and villages.

The African man is weak and cannot face up to his faults. If this post was about the eight bad sides of an African woman, the stooped hypocrites called men will be liking the post and adding their own point. Yeye weaklings. All of them who are hating on the op just confirmed all the op wrote.

That is not the subject matter on hand. The OP represents the 'few good men' who are an endangered specie. We must protect them from men who think like you so they don't go into extinction.

Honestly, I haven't yet read your letter but anyone who takes out the time to write a letter to just anyone these days - has my full respect.

It's half past midnight where I am so perhaps if I have time in the morning I will read the OP and give a comprehensive review, you certainly deserve that much.

You seem like a sweet and intelligent man, @eleojo23. smiley smiley Please do not allow the ignorant & emotionally bankrupt teens and man-children on this thread to muddle your perspective on love and relationships - you're on the right path.
Well said Ma'am. Some men are bitter cos they've sown poisonous fruit which they are reaping the fruit in their unfulfilled lives and relationships. We must encourage the few good men left like eleojo.

FamilyRe: Sweden's Blogging 'polyfamily' Goes Viral by avuekwe(f): 1:42pm On Nov 15, 2014
Serenity22:
Women r following men's footsteps very closely. Every nasty practice women r doing today, they learnt it from men and then the children follow suit. The more reason why I advocate for men to live right because so many people are looking up to them as the head of the family. And family is the string that holds the world together. If men change their ways, trust me the world will change. It is going to be a long gradual process but we will get there.
This is another way to look at it. Men keep saying that they are the head but are the leading right? Most men are rotten heads that need to be lopped off.
