Ask4Info: Dear Nigerian Youths,
Irrespective of your ethnicity, whether from the South East, South South, North East, North Central, North West, or South West, irrespective of whether you are a Muslim, Christian, or Traditional Worshipper. Irrespective of whether you are a Graduate, Semi illiterate or total illiterate. Whether you are Rich or Poor, Young or Old, Able bodied or disabled, Guy or Lady, you all need to do yourself, children and unborn lineage a big favour. You need to unite come 2019 and chase all these greedy men and women out of the political sphere. Whether they are APC, PDP, AD, UNDP, LP or any party they call themselves.
These people unite in emptying the National Treasure but turn you all against each other. Ask yourselves the following:
1) If truly Muslims and Christians are enemies like they make you believe, How come Igbinedion has given out two of his daughters to Muslim men? How come Atiku married 2 Christian women and his children doing same. How come Babangida married a Christian woman?
2) How come their children are never in the country during elections or at least help their parents to snatch one ballot box or the other?
3) How come none of them ever pass policies that benefits the common man?
Nigerian youths you all need to wake up. |

Now they are all hiding in SHAME!

MrEverest: Anybody, group or organization that makes the mistake of giving such humongous amount of money to Buhari, a man who is obviously incapacitated, illiterate & surrounded by smart crooks would be making the mistake of their lives. That money will never be accounted for because it will surely end up in the pockets of the likes of Abba Kyari & others in the kitchen cabinet of Buhari. Anybody who gives buhari such money is corrupt and an enemy of Nigeria & he should be ready to write it off in due time as bad loans! Already, Buhari claims to have spent over 6 trillion naira as budget, the highest ever in the history of this beleagered country, yet not even the monkeys nor the baboons could mention a single project he successfully executed, the monies as we all know ended up in the pockets of his croonies! The old man has turned Nigeria into a pariah nation within a year taking over. Buhari is not sound upstairs and those around him knows this obvious fact & are taking advantage of it to commit heinous crimes!!! Well said Bro, well said. |

Characteristics Of A Hero Courage The first and the foremost quality of a hero is his courage. A hero always overcomes his fears and confronts any challenge head on. Even the faintest tinge of fear doesn’t linger in the heart of a hero. Virtuosity Virtuosity is the key aspect of a hero’s character. A hero is never foolishly audacious. He always is judicious and well skilled to cite and cease the opportunities, which present themselves on the way towards his destination. A hero is laden with all the essential faculties, which are instrumental to accomplish what he seeks. Sacrifice Sacrifice is a quality that stands unique from all the other virtues which makes a hero noble in his deeds. He or she is always quite willing to cast off the predilections and personal comforts whenever they become indispensable for a higher cause or for the welfare of others. Determination For a hero the word “Impossible” always decomposes to yield “I am possible.” A hero is unflinching in his or her determination and believes in his ability without the whiff of dubiety. Focus Being focused is also one of the most prominent qualities of a hero. It seems as if all the heroes that have walked on the surface of the earth have been born with definite motives. All their life they hardly lose focus of what they want to achieve or establish. For instance, it appears that Mahatma Gandhi was born with the sole purpose of driving the British forces out of then enslaved India and to preach the world the ideology of nonviolence. Compassion A true hero is always empathetic, benevolent and shows a great deal of compassion and tenderness to those ailing or in distress. He or she keeps aside thoughts those are oriented to the self and embraces an attitude that serves others. Perseverance This quality is what that makes the hero special. Even if they encounter failure on their way, they are determined to get over it and fight till they achieve success. They do not give up simply rather they are focused to withstand all the consequences that they may encounter in their path. Dedication The heroes are selflessly dedicated to their task and will thus focus their actions towards its achievement. They whole-heartedly dedicate themselves to the task, which is set, and work towards its completion. Honesty In all the endeavors that a hero takes up, honesty forms the base of all his efforts. This honesty earns him the respect of others and helps him leading his followers to the desired goal. Loyalty A hero is considered to possess fierce loyalties in the sense that he is faithful to whatever tasks they take up. His commitment to a particular cause leads him way beyond others citing an example for others to follow him. Intrepidity The heroes have a courage that is unshaken despite anything that comes in their path of their focused success. They are determined to fight challenges with resolute courageousness. Conviction Heroes have a strong conviction as they have strong beliefs regarding a particular situation. It is a set of unshakable thoughts or beliefs, which cannot be altered by any chance. Fortitude Fortitude can be defined as a habit that is involved in encountering a deed that is dangerous with a bright spirit that is adopted with passive courage. Responsibility Whatever be the type of responsibility entailed on them, they take it up with utmost sincerity and take it to its logical conclusion. Wisdom Wisdom is the most desired quality, which a leader must possess. A fool can lead a horde of beasts but not human beings set on a definite purpose. Only a wise and astute person can do so. Whatever a hero maybe—a warrior, a preacher—wisdom is always an attribute that all of them possess. A hero is not born, he is self-made. Above mentioned are some of the most fundamental qualities, which a hero invariably possesses. We all do possess some of the virtues, which have been explained above. However, what sets a hero apart from the hoi polloi is that he can be said to be the highest or the perfect embodiment of all of these virtues. http://www.personalitytutor.com/qualities-of-a-hero.html[size=18pt]Please lets know who a HERO truly is before we award the title to unworthy people. gidgiddy: Go and read Nigerian history well before coming online to show your ignorance. The whole trouble started when Gowon broke the agreement he signed in Ghana with Ojukwu. What kind of 'police action' requires 3 Divisions of the Nigerian Army? Long before Ojukwu invaded the mid west, the Nigerian Army was already bombing parts of Nsukka and Ogoja. The war was already on before Ojukwu got into the mid west.
The 3 million people you are talking about were killed by Nigeria just because the people said they dont want 'one Nigeria' any more. Ojukwu fought a war to liberate his from Northern controlled Nigeria. There is no shame in anyone fighting for their freedom, even at the cost of millions of lives. The allied forces kost nearly 40 million people in the second world war to get freedom in Europe.
Ojukwu was a freedom fighter who fought the combined military might of Britain, Russia, Nigeria and Egypt and held firm for 3 years. When the end was near and the center coukd no longer hold, he exited. If you were waiting for him to stay back and get himself captured and killed in other to prove he is brave, keep waiting. Ojukwu would have been a fool to let this happen.
Ojukwu fough and lost. When you cant beat them, you join them and thats what he did by returning to join politics.
There can never be any shame on Ojukwus part for fighting for the freedom of his people. Does the highlighted comments express the hallmarks of a hero |
