Thanks for your prompt response. The manufacturer and I have negotiated a certain amount, so how do we go about it? The price on the link is quite different from the one she's offering me..

Hi, good job you are doing here.

I studied geophysics, but worked as well head engineer for about 2 years in an oil servicing company.

I want to further my studies, Want to inquire if I can do an m.sc in reservoir management or petroleum economics. They are both under petroleum engineering department in uniport.

Also, do you have any idea where I can learn how to use these geophysical softwares.

Thanks and God bless.

My dear ephee, there's a n adage that says you can't keep doing the same thing the same way and expect a different result.

I had such issues in my previous relationships thank God it didn't leave me with a baby.

I went back to the drawing board asked myself some important questions, like what have u being doing wrongly. I cautioned myself to act differently, viola it worked like magic and I got married to a man that adores the very ground I walk upon.

My dear, if you are investing in a relationship so much and all the other person does is to withdraw and withdraw, my dear it's normal for you to go empty.

Sit down, focus on your baby, invest some much love in her that the one left will be for you. If the man is serious he will work for both you and your baby's love.

Some guys are jerks sha...mschw

Few days from now will make a year I got married to my best friend, brother, soul mate, confidante.

Heard so many scary tales about marriage and few good tales. My union has been more than wonderful. My partner is the embodiment of good virtues and values.

He's humble, easygoing, generous, has listening ears, affectionate. I could go on and on and on and on....

I want to let d world know that am blessed to have such a man as my husband.

You won't understand, you might feel am exaggerating, but this is the truth.

Marry a man that loves you so much and don't take any signs you see while date for granted.

My odome, is God's special gift to me.

I love u my preeeeeecious and my next life I pray I find you early so I can spend more blissful years with you.

Always and forever dearest.....xoxo kiss

that's not what I meant. I was talking about a career. If the job solely revolves around a husband and kids then of course the person will have problems relating to someone who is not yet married and vice versa. This is just a natural issue. In fact, such a woman will also have issues relating to a wife with a career. because the friend will want to talk about things that are unrelated to her marriage sometimes.

What I notice is that very talkative people are often guilty of gossip irrespective of their gender or career.

Sincerely, I don't understand you explanation...

The word BROKE... don't like the sound of it.

If you are so concerned about him/her, save up some money and get good new clothes for the person abeg!
If you eat frog, eat the one when get oil.

But I can easily give out my clothes that I still wear to a close friend that says "babes this top go fit me pass you oh"

@ tpia I think what she meant is when women just carry on solely about their family. Me sef that am married with a child, if you go on and on about your family I switch off it could be so booooring.

But it's normal to talk about your family, common who wouldn't? Like I always tell myself, know when to draw the line. Be sensitive and have good communication skills...#myfamily #mypride #

[quote author=tpia1]how many nlers are actually stay at home mums to begin with? I am not aware of any nler who has said she's one, if there are any, not more than one or two has admitted it.

this aluu mentality of hating on such women, is rather annoying sha.

from this topic alone, at least three posters came up with various silly excuses to start mentioning stay at home mums.

in actual fact, the people who talk about their husbands and kids the most, are actually females who work.

last time i checked, celebrities who always post their family and relatives pictures, are classified as working women? Or is posting their personal photos part of their work.

Am a stay at home mom, I had to leave my job to relocate to a new smaller town because I take family seriously. My baby is 9months. It's very tasking staying home all day especially in a place where you don't have any friend. I can't term myself JOBLESS, I don't have a maid so from when I hit my floor till when I lay my back on d bed am busy with breaks in between. Have learnt to balance my time, and when am less busy I surf the net keeping myself abreast with what's going on around me. My husband calls me internet wife because most times I come up with a new meal I tell him it's from the net. After our mothers left and I was saddled with taking care of my 2 months old baby I learnt most new things from the internet.

Back to the topic, my single friends are the first to ask after their son, scold me if I complain he's disturbing me and praise me when they see him looking all fresh, dab and swagged up.

My friends and I have never lived a life of competition or lie. Like they say show me your friends and I will tell you who you are. The foundation of our friendship was not built on lies, jealousy or competition. It was built on love, yes we fall out, but we always find a way to settle amicably. God am blessed with gooood friends that have turned into sisters.

If you make your single friends comfortable around you, reminding that nothing has changed, they won't feel spited. As for me I tell them that, there's no late comer in marriage or award for the person that got married first...

Justi4jesu, you are right that it is the jobless housewives that are most guilty of it. Like you said, what else is there for them to talk about? they have no life outside their marriage.
I will advice the single lady to find other friends. Even if she wants to keep married friends, she should find ones that aren't jobless. I would prefer to be friends with a woman who can tell me about her own promotion instead of always talking about her husband's. How does her husband concern me?

I find it disrespectful when people address housewives as JOBLESS... taking care of the home is full time work... most of career women find solace in maids... also some called career women don't do anything in the office than gossip...don't generalise next time when referring to housewives, the fact that you have a job doesn't make you more busy than a woman that spends her time working in her home....

Some married ladies have insecurity issues, before I got married I went with my married friend to one of her married friend's place to get some footwear. The cold reception the seller gave to me eh! Choi! I had to confront my friend because I don't have business with the other lady, she said I shouldn't be offended that it is because am single, that's the way she reacts to single ladies, cos her husband is promiscuous. I said see wahala oh! Less than 2 years of marriage...

Now am married, and she's trying to form friendship, I don't give a rat ass at all.

I still relate to my single friends well, because they have being my friends for a long time and I don't have the luxury of making new friends with married ladies that are not real.

My single friends are cool with me, and so am I with them... when they get married we will continue and it gets sweeter.
