Go to the ATM machine and withdraw N10,000 from your bank account

It's your money right? Your hard earned money, nobody else can lay claim to it

Make sure to copy the serial numbers, then destroy the money or throw it in the sea, in essence, lose the money

Go home and use your printer to print N10,000 with the same serial numbers

Its not the same at all. Naira notes are legal tender(documents) whereas CSU says their certificate has no legal standing. It is ceremonial.

Now go to the bank and deposit the money you printed

The David Lyon case was before the electoral act was amended.
The case started from the High Court and it was initiated by a PDP Member. You can search for more information concerning that case. It was a Pre-election case and it moved from high court to Appeal and the Supreme Court deliver judgment a day before he was sworn in. In this Atiku case it is different because the case in the Supreme Court is not a pre-election matter but a post election matter and the case didn’t start from a court but a tribunal.
Also be aware that if forgery has been established against Tinubu, the case can’t just appear at the Supreme Court without starting from the high court. This is the position of the constitution, the Supreme Court is not a court of first instance.

APC and INEC ruined their case so well that even the judges were disappointed. Their hands are too tied to give them a pass. They both had just 2 witnesses to present, in a country with over 200 million people. They tendered documents pulled off Nairaland with okra soup stains on them.

— They submitted a letter from the US embassy written to the former IG of police, Tafa Balogun in 2003, but couldn’t find anyone to back up that letter, not even the first letter that Balogun wrote to the embassy!

— The FBI attaché who signed the letter is still alive and well but they didn’t bring him as a witness.
They also didn’t bring anyone from the US to testify on Tinubu’s case, not even the lawyers or law firm that represented his money forfeiture case. They brought a Nigerian politician with no license to practice in the state of Illinois to come to tell us about Tinubu’s case in Chicago. No be ment?

Ladies and gentlemen, as of July 7, 2023, APC, INEC, and Tinubu’s lawyers cannot prove how Tinubu won the election and that’s disturbing.

Let us see how the judges will rule on this case with no evidence from the respondents.
