[quote author=bukkyjt post=89784411]hi. I wanted to find out if the issue has been resloved. I am actually in the same shoe right now as your sister and need to know what steps to take myself.
I responded to your email but for some reason it's not delivering. Anyway, below is the summary of the mail.
My response to that person was specific to the province of Ontario. When I had the same issue, I did as I was advised and got the nomination on my new profile within 24 hours.
While I ordinarily expect that the same approach should work for New Brunswick, I cannot say with certainty. You may ask on the forum or check canadavisa thread, its a fairly common issue so I'm almost certain someone else for the same province as you has had the same issue in the past.
All the best. |

snoop4dem: Hi Everyone,
My sister created her EE profile in December and got all the welcome emails that she was eligible for EE. In Feb she got an interest letter from OINP and then she submitted all the docs required. Last month she was asked to ask WES to send her evaluation to OINP which she also did. Last week she got two conflicting emails one was the territorial nomination letter which she is supposed to accept and the other was that she was not eligible for EE. The button for her to also accept the OINP has been greyed out on her account. Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before cos normally I know if you are not eligible it is at the point of account creation that you know and not after getting nomination by a Province and you need to accept to get 600 points that you get that message. Anyone who has or knows someone in that situation can please advise? This is very likely due to insufficient funds. Is she aware that CIC increased the minimum funds this year and did she update the section for funds to exceed the new minimum value? She can check the profile to confirm the exact issue that made it ineligible. In any case, an ineligble profile can't be salvaged so she needs to create a new profile and send an email to Ontario explaining the issue with the current profile, include details of her new profile and ask them to transfer the nomination to the new profile. |

omidan21: Hello house since Corona has changed and tweeted something’s . Some new questions might start to arise here ohh
Please I submitted my application in the 28th April , Glory be to God and received AOR message immediately
However used a letter of explanation and the email screenshoot from Qlife indication that upfront Medicals suspended
Now Medicals started today . Upfront Medicals has been reopened and I just booked a date with Qlife HOWEVER someone said if you have submitted application we can’t do upfront Medicals again . That we have to wait for VO to send us medical request letter in our CIC message inbox . Please how 100 percent correct is this information I don't think this is correct. The notice on IRCC that says applicant should submit LOE for missing documents also specifically says "if the application is still incomplete in 60 days, officers shiuld request the missing document with an additional 90 day deadline." I believe this is clear enough, they'll only request if your application is still incomplete in 60 days. Why wait for 60days if you can obtain them and submit now. |

Bugzymallone: Hello everyone...it appears from the draws held yesterday that the tie-breaking rule is till November 2020 please what do you understand by that?I’m talking about the CEC draw does it mean that even tho you enter the empress entry pool today a day after the draw took place that automatically you would be sent an ITA? Since the tie-breaker is for 2020? This was an error which has been corrected. Tie-breaking rule: November 25, 2019 at 14:00:35 UTC |

Not sure what to make of this draw o. 4500 ITAs and score is still 470. Could be good news in the long run or an indication of bad things to come.
Proceed with Oinp or chill a while. Decisions! decisions! Currently at 469. |

urblackpearl: OINP is particular about POF that can be liquidated immediately. Pension letter will not state that and you may very well get an ADR for that Noted. Thanks |

safex: Glad you didn't hesitate in going for it! I can see @flgd has responded but note to reach out in case you need further assistance. Wishing you all the best Thanks. Wish you all the best too. flgd: There's no issues with the documents addressed to CIC and dated last year. the pension statement is fine too.. just ensure you get a detailed letter from your PFA. They would generally contact you if any document you submitted is not clear. Submit on time too, as processing may take up to four months.. Thank you so much |

Hello house,
Been waiting for ITA since October when scores went crazy. OINP came through yesterday and I'm going for it . The thing is my documents have been ready since last year and are addressed to CIC. Will these suffice or do I have to get the documents again addressed to Ontario specifically?
Also, the plan is to augment POF with 25% of my pension which I believe is acceptable for EE, PNP i'm not so sure. Anyone knows if OINP accepts pension as POF? |
