IPPIS recognizes individuals. It's like our BVN, you can't have two. You only get paid a single salary as a lecturer in an Institution.

Now, most of the lecturers works in different institutions, thereby occupying the employment status that four or five different people should occupy. IPPIS doesn't recognize this. That's why ASUU are hellbent on UTAS.

Several ASUU Members want to get paid in all the five different places they're working, i e, One person taking the place of four to five people at one!

FG want to stop the "Visiting Lecturers Stuffs", wants them to have just one institution of work. Normally, The visiting lecturers stuffs not helping our education system. This is one of the reasons ASUU is on Strike. ASUU are just fighting for their pocket, truth to be said, IPPIS have some other issues but I was expecting ASUU to fight for improvement and rectification of those issues discover on IPPIS which is affecting them, and not bringing another Payment platform and expecting Government to accept it just like dt�‍♂️

How can an Employee be dictating for his Employer, is as if students dictating for their Lecturer how their Exam Script should be mark�‍♂️, does dah make any point.....other Sectors and Firm are on IPPIS, if Government should accept dt from ASUU, definitely other sectors will raise alarm�‍♂️. Let me tell you the main reason Boko Haram was formed by some top Politicians in the North, Boko Haram was formed to get amnesty from the federal government just as amnesty was given to the Niger Delta Militants but it turn up to something else the Politicians can not control them but some of the Politicians are still sponsoring them.
Niger Delta Militants is not mainly formed to get amnesty but to get resource control.
During the President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua 2007 - 2010 tenor as President of Nigeria, He saw that the Militants were are fighting for their rights, so to make everything fair He grant them amnesty which stop them from fighting or carrying guns.
But some Northern elders saw it and envy the amnesty program Umaru Musa Yar'Adua gave to the Niger Delta Militants.
So they (Northern elders) connived with some top Northern politicians to form a group to get the same amnesty program the Niger Delta Militants got from the federal government, Surprisely President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua died so they (Northern elders) keep calm, till It go-to PRESIDENT Goodluck Johnathan's tenor.
The Northern elders ask the newly formed group (Boko Haram) to start their activities by bombing and kill people in the North part of the country. But the bad thing that happened is that the group they formed together was uncontrollable again although some top Northern politicians are still sponsoring them. But it affected the North part of the country Weller than other part, they are now moving from the north to other part of the country.

Before the Primaries there was a plan by the Northern Politicians in power on how they will still retain power to the North. Their plan is to zone the ticket to the south, so that after two to three months many of them in APC will decamp to PDP to support their Brother ATIKU to win the 2023 Presidential election.
