Just think of cant get enough, Rhianna was in it as a CAMEO and a lot of videos like that. I cant give u list now, but its a concept in the music industry. Its not a must to open your mouth in every song. Guys grow up and be open minded. Dbanj Thumps up. Don Jazzy Thumbs up for all your good works. As depicted! I make enough to cater for our family needs and I do not live beyond my means, neither do I embark on crazy projects that will warrant my having to look for more money as to go borrowing. If I have no money for a project, I sit down and have a talk with the Holy Spirit as to how to source the money and not go borrowing from my wife or anyone. Are u simple saying ur wife contributes not? |

Well I guess its easy for me to give when I know the kind of person I'm with and the surety that i'll get it back without even asking. Honestly I've never been put in that position but knowing myself I know i'll give and depending on the amount probably work on a payment plan that wud work for us both. acidtalk: Its usually a thing of Fear, Doubt and Confusion for Partners (Married and Unmarried) to have financial bsindings such as, lending of money, going into business and other sorts of business and financial transactions together.
Over the years, I have seen husbands borrow their wives money to do business only for the woman to default on payment. Emphasizing on the fact that "two have become one" so therefore there's no need to repay the debt.
A friend of mine's girlfriend is demanding from him a loan of N750,000 to go and shop in Uk for her shop in Nigeria for. summer. He came to seek my advance and I bluntly kicked against it. Maybe because of past experiences but I will rather give as a gift any amount to a partner rather than borrow.
Ladies and Gentlemen, is your partner Credit Worthy? Can you lend him/her money or go into any business transaction with him/her?
Awaiting your matured responses. A gelfrnd, I will surely support her in any way I can, depending on how we relate.but giving her and not lending. My wife? she gets whatever she needs.....may God help me. What she has ARE mine, and what I have ARE hers! Nobody shld challenge my principle here. Ogugua! |

ogugua88: The beauty of this world is that it is not black and white. If it was, then life would be simple. Look at some of the basic characteristics you listed. Trust and honesty. The person you fall in love with will change with time. That is a promise. The person you trust now or consider honest may have to stray from that quality to keep you happy. Honesty may be one of the worst requirements of all lol. Honesty can hurt and dishonesty can hurt. It's like a one-sided coin. The same goes for trust. Some build trust to deceive whilst some break trust to protect. It all depends.
Love and respect are enough for me. I'm not going to request any qualities from someone because I know how I am lol. I am fickle and can go wherever the wind blows me. Various situations will arrive in life, and sometimes dishonesty and being untrustworthy are the answers.
People we may see as admirable were disliked by others. People we hate were loved by some. One would easily call Bob Marley a humanitarian who practiced love, wanted world peace, etc. This same Bob Marley maltreated his wife physically, mentally, and emotionally, the woman he was supposed to love and cherish until death. Hitler was responsible for the Holocaust, yet he had a devoted wife, and dog lol, by his side for reasons unbeknownst to me. At the end of the day, people are flawed. Whether it's one quality, five, or one hundred qualities listed, there's a chip in the armor. Many people find their Mr. Right's or Mrs. Perfect's, with seemingly flawless characteristics, and leave them anyway, because the key didn't fit into the lock.
I'm not saying that there shouldn't be any qualities involved in forming relationships. That's necessary of course, but how many times have you heard people say they love their spouse because he or she is hot or funny? Those superficial relationships don't always last, and I laugh sometimes. Did the hotness expire? Is he or she no longer funny? A lot of divorces are filed due to irreconcilable differences aka "we're not meant for each other". There's more to life than "he must be a, b, and c", or "she must be x, y, and z". It's very rare that we find an a, b, c. More than likely, an "i, q, and f" compliments us best.
I agree
You can't love and respect me if you don't know me brah lol. |

ayox2003: Og, I believe that humanbeings are made in their essential capacities to act and not to be acted upon. We all have choices and we can choose what we want from our lives. Manyatimes life throw punches at us but we are left to choose how we react to them. When it comes to choosing a life partner, choose the qualities you would want to see in you partner and position yourself for such a person by working on your own character, too. Pls dont lower your standards for anything. Do you know I can choose to date you? Lolz. Choose or choice? Well, nice pick up line there! |

Cuddlemii: 1) Intelligent(Didn't find that in your list, very important because it supersedes everything and a key to everything)
2) Hardworking (encompasses financial independence, a goal getter, well connected because anyone who is hardworking would have all these in mind or aspires to get them so they are all interwoven and interrelated like a maze. Infact a man who acknowledges that you encouraged his hard work would be generous too)
3) Physical look (this is obviously related to being neat as well, your man should be at least presentable. Its the way he is dressed that he would be addressed) 4) Patience (Related to good listener and adviser. You need to be attentive and composed to listen to your partner. Related to respectful as well)
5) Practicing believer not like a staunch christian but must have the fear of God. I am not a fan of spiritual fanatics). Once there is fear of God, every other blessing follows or all the other factors you listed would be added unto thee. If you can't get everything in a man, focus on getting the most important or key things that would shape, mold or establish the rest for you. |

noblezone: Did you really believe what you wrote here? That Boko Haram is the military wing of the PDP?
I don't belong to any party and so I am not here to defend the PDP, but what you guys fail to understand is that in Islam, there is no separation of state and religion. The "political party" of an average Moslem is his Islam. In Islam, it is a taboo for an "infidel" to be in charge.
The killings in the North did not start with the creation of the PDP: ever since I grew up to comprehend things around me, killing of non Moslem's and burning of churches has been the tradition of Northern Nigeria. The only difference now is that it has been given a name. Also, I want you to know that at this moment, that Islam is on rampage the world over, and the moslems in Northern Nigeria cannot be left out.
It is time we put our heads together and think of what we must do to protect ourselves, else we can be there blaming Jonathan while the Jihardists are busy putting up strategies. It seems many a Nigerian (especially Nairalanders) will love to hear that Boko Haram has bombed Aso Rock and Jonathan is dead, but that will be the triumph of those who wish to oppress us in our fathers land.
Nigeria's problems was caused by Mr. Luggard and his selfish colonialists who decided to force different Nations into one in the name of Amalgamation. Nigeria will surely split whether you guys like it or not. The Jihardists will never stop in their conquest, the blood will continue to flow until many whose skulls are too thick to allow understanding will realize that Jihardism has nothing to do with acronyms of political parties but with Islam as a religion.
Time will tell, and my prayer is that it won't be too late. |
