I believe you can use the general “grandparent want to come see grandchild” story that everyone else uses to get visit visa for parents. That should give you a minimum of 5months stay period on a visit. The grand parent one has been used by a lot of people and it almost always works.

There is a link for in year school admissions, which is the application you're making. The council will try to place your kids in your preferred choice if there's space, or the next closest

Application for school placement is open. Try to apply early so as to stand a high chance of your child getting placement. Also you can apply even if you don’t live in the council right now, but have plans to live there before August 2024.

If you apply before March, you will get your response by the end of March. If you apply later, then you don enter battle of the earliest.

Don’t know who need to hear this, but I don do the lords work this morning be that. 😀

Hello all,

I moved to UK with my family and its been over a month now, my employer said I will undergo a 2 months training, I want to ask and know if I can start doing extra 20hours in another care home or I should wait for my employer, I don't know if it will be a problem when applying for ILR.
please does the 20hours has to be in a care home?

they may be working with the workers of access bank cos they send the same message to me and they called asking me to give them the 4 digit number in the message sent. I gave them a wrong one and the caller started abusing me
