Mamas in the house, Praise the Lord for God has done it. I did the surgery this morning around 7am and it ended at 10:30am. I was awake during the surgery and God was there with me and the doctors. Don't know if I should post pictures but it ended in praises and Thanksgiving.

DH was with all the way and he still here.

As for the Swab, it is good if you start off with Rocephin intravenous medication. This can be done by nurses on doctor's prescription. But for me,I will prefer another test be done to confirm the S aureus this is because S aureus could follow with tools, improper lab environment etc.

Size of uterine myomas should be confirmed or if it has become quite symptomatic with sub-fertility in unison then a removal is recommend. But if the mass is small and none disturbing it won't be anymore necessary to wants an urgent removal for the time being.

Further screening should be done to at least know the kind of fluid within the tube of defect. Most time it is pus( from an asymptomatic long stayed Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) or serous ( from cells of the external wrap of the tube of defect).

This may requires that a culture test be done to know if C trachomatis and G neseriea are agents of cause. Or any special screening be done to ascertain P.I.D.
Treat as confirmed using only applicable medications as specified. There are likeable chances during or after medication, the fluid occluding the tube of defect may be releived of its blockage. This requires patience!

Tubal corrective surgery may be necessary if the former proves abortive or if the hydrosalpinx resulted from adhesion with any of the abdominal organs.

Oya everybody come out from the silence mood I want to share my testimony...

After 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy, 4years of waiting. God remembered me just like that.

God has given me a supernatural conception when the doctor said my only option to have my own children is through IVF or adoption bcs my fallopian tubes were really damaged and one tube removed due to the ectopic pregnancy in 2013.

God has showed himself mightly in my life, I am a living proof that God still gives miracle babies. The Lord has broken the curse of barreness in my life.

We are 15weeks already.

God is great, hold on to God words and promises, he will definitely answer everyone.

Miracle still happens.

#i didn't do anything different, I fed my soul and womb with God's word.

@ Azaebere, i support fruitfulnathia's perspective, try and take out the fibroid, it has distorted the uterus and also situated where more than often it affects the endometrial stripe which does not allow for implantation.

For the hydro, i would have said you go for a 2nd opinion but both scan and hsg picked it. I am sure you know the enzymes and castor oil pack you can use to sort it out - Serrapeptase & Wobenzymes.

You will be fine darling, we have come this far, for God to leave us hanging- absolutely not possible. Just pray and commit everything into God's hands for HE is able to do exceedingly abundantly for us.
