Good day my fellow Nigerian job hunters and hustlers, i know that baba called us lazy Nigerian youths but let that not discourage us.

Straight to the point, I graduated and finished service , like every other graduates was hoping that I will land a good job within few days or weeks after passing out, but that was not to be. The first job I got was a factory work of 13k per month!. I worked there for close to a yr before someone gave me an advice to come to lagos which I did, but on coming to lag I discovered that it's almost the same story . I trekked from place to place searching for job , attended lots of interviews but all to no avail. The only highest paying job I got was 35k per month which I did for 3 weeks before quitting cos the woman was troublesome.

I stayed without job for months, it was then I decided going into okirika(akube) business at least so that I can be seeing money to feed and transport In case there is an interview invitation.
It was there that I discovered that okirika biz is a goldmine!. I started the business with total of #19,500. I paid for a roadside space for #12,000, then bought what I will be selling for #7,500, but to God be the glory in less than one yeare, I have saved over #500,000 excluding expenses like feeding, clothing, house rent and money that I do give to my wife to be and my parents. I made savings of 63k in two week(last two weeks).

I shared this testimony to motivate job seekers to find something doing instead of waiting for job that is not available out there.

Let me put it this way "Job found me when visa validity remains 5 weeks to kalas". About 3weeks ago, I stumbled on a job site, but after creating a profile on the job site, I abandoned it not only because job listing on it are not updated but because of its complexity, it's not as easy as indeed. Funny enough, I didn't spend up to 5mins on the site before I abandoned it.

Was surprised when the job site sent a mail to me last Wednesday 25/04/2018 notififying me that an employer has interest in my profile and that I should update my profile to attract more employers, I ignored the mail. Lo and behold, on Thursday 26/04/18, the HR called and said he saw my profile on the site and he would wish to know if I'd be available for interview at the head office in business bay any time between 8am to 4pm on sunday 29th, I told him I'd be available by 10am.

After the interview on Sunday, he told me to come with my luggage, as well as original copy of all necessary documents the following day I.e Monday 30th. Went on Monday, was given an offer letter to sign, taking to the company accommodation and was required to start work immediately (same day). I'm expecting my employment visa to be out any moment from next week. was thinking he would ask me for visa fee just like many other companies do, but Glory be to God. �

I've been fed with 3 square meal by the company since I got here on Monday. It's Indian food and it tastes somehow, but I got no other choice for now since cooking in the camp is prohibited. The camp is occupied by 99% Indian and Pakistan, I'm the only black here. Communication na war, maybe I'll be forced to learn Hindi.

I must say this, getting a job here is only by God's Grace, most companies now demand for visa fee before they'd hire anyone. And the fee demanded vary from 400k to 850k, no jokes.

So Think ham well and plan ham well before coming!

"jobsindubai" site is a scam site, don't ever pay a dime likewise never make any online transaction for job hunting. any site that has you to pay to secure job is scam............. no tell me say I know warn you o. wish u best of luck in your job hunting.

I attended the interview but i couldnt meet up with their collateral requirements which are (1. A guarantor with one million who is ready to stand for u. (2. A guarantor with C of O that is ready to stand for you , or (3. If u can leave your both original nysc and bsc certificate in their custody to stand as guarantor. so once you are able to fulfil any of the three requirements stated above. You write a written text and oral interview. they told us that their salary is 30000 naira though it is not based on target but u still have to do the marketing stuff to get new clients.
