Learned People of NairaLand. How long does it take to process Cof O for a Building and must it be the original papers of the house that you hand over to the person who will process? Is it not possible for the person because he/she has the original papers of your house to sell it off in the name of CofO processing? your expert opinion will be appreciated. |

Transmission is automatic central locking is standard power windows in front but manual at the back Sony sound system with 6 loader but the loading device was stolen at the port when i got it.

I am selling my well loved and carefully used Toyota corolla 1999 model. If you are interested please call 08121086565. Price 520K. Mileage is low considering some of the mileages with which we buy our vehicles. about 122k. nothing to fix. only aesthetics. AC works fine but currently has a leak which my ac guy seems not to be able to fix or has decided to use to milk cash. so i have resorted to buying NGN500 canister of Gas which lasts about 1 month till i deliver it to the new owner(YOU). Decent offers are welcome. more pics to be loaded later.

pek: that's not enough to say it is a no no. Any good mechanic should know that you don't disconnect the battery if the key is still in the ignition. You need to check the brainbox and reprogram.that is the problem. no body seems to know what to do about the programming. the guy that claims he knows is asking for 50k. |

Do you know that mitsubishi space wagon is a total no no because of its myriad faults like failed throttle body and fragile electronics. Have one that stopped working because the battery was removed with the key still in the ignition. Till now it won't work. |

b2212: i also have similar isue with a Mitsubishi space wagon 1999 model. the battery was removed with the key still in the lock. since then the car no gree start again. I dont think i will ever touch anything mitsubishi ever again.if anyone can recommend an electrician who can guarantee fixing the car pls recomend. i am at my wits end. |
